  • Many may not know this but Snowmass is home to the longest vertical drop in the United States. Snowmass is a beast of a resort and is a similar size to its rival Steamboat, Winter Park, and Keystone. The mountain boasts a wide variety of terrain from easy to the gnarly free ride zones. The fun terrain here, chutes, cliffs, cornices and other fun features make Snowmass my favorite option in the Aspen area. Follow along with me as we take you from Two Creeks to the Cirque to Campground!

Just FYI you can park for free at the snowmass transportation center. Then it's a short 5 minute bus ride up to the village. Snowmass is an amazing place. Lived there for a bit.

I had a blast at Snowmass. We skied a day with similar wind and had plenty of wind buff off the cirque. Plenty of terrain to get your attention. Nice job as always.

Been watching your videos all season. What’s your ski background? Were you a competition skiier or just recreational? Keep up the good work.

What month was this? March or April? I want to go first week of April in 2025 if it's still reliably good that late(?)

April powder days are glorious. Tourist are gone. Most locals are over it. Only a small crew of powder hounds are out feasting.

Dunno why, but I always thought Snowmass was like the blue intermediate mountain compared to Aspen. I see now, she's got some steep, scary shit.

I've skied Snowmass, Breck, Jax Hole, Big Sky, Taos, Sipapu, A-Basin, Winter Park, Keystone, and Val Thorens. I'm an intermediate, at best. ColCam is extraordinarily better than me. I can confirm your statement that Snowmass is fr. In my opinion, it's the best resort of the list I provided, but it's a mostly blue mountain, and these blues are tough! I laughed out loud when he said in the video that one of the runs was not worth its double diamond rating. I almost shit my ski pants on that run! LOL
