My aim is always to better myself each day and to only focus on myself and my own goals. It helps to get inspiration from others around me or online to see other versions of success and gains tips or motivation from that. Please do not be hard on yourself. You are already doing the right thing it seems and are heading in the right direction. It will just take time. It might be worth seeing if you can work your way up with the screens practicing slowly to increase your screen time. It may just be that you need regular short breaks or to do some eye exercises every so often. It may be worth exploring if you are interested. I hope it all goes well for you 🤞
