I just vlog my day to day and tried to implement other videos in between but it’s hard cause my niche is my life and military so as soon as I upload something other than that it gets less views and lose a few subs. I’m close to 10k subs now and my video views average from 2000-50000k I earn pretty much nothing of youtube. But I have almost 10k real subscribers that watch my content and I only been doing UA-cam about a year and half. It’s interesting to see how open you are about it all in regards income and it’s a real eye opener for me considering I earn maybe £85 every two to three months if I’m lucky. Never been about the money for me though as I work full time but still interesting to see. When it's proven false - does UA-cam then go back and pay the original content provider for those views received while in dispute? Better yet - do they take away the money from the person that filed and lost the claim? Hopefully there's a way to track someone doing that consistently and ban the from UA-cam for life.

      Reyes The Entrepreneur me and some friends are about to get a complex, it’s gonna be about 1.5 mil after building and interior design, but there’s 8 apartments in it and we are all going 4 ways on it and putting about 200k down for the rest of the loan and then we will be making about 2-2.5 thousand dollars a month per apartment. It takes a while to make your investment back but you are making more than enough to pay off your loan in time and still be having money for yourself each month

    • @gameragedad8953

      @@ReyesTheEntrepreneur Realistically, for a single family home, depending on your mortgage loan, repair costs, taxes, loan rate, whether you choose to manage it yourself or not, the vacancy rate, you're probably looking at a 1k-5k cash flow a year (could be more, but I like to look at it more pessimistically than most people). That's pretty much for putting about 20k down for the loan. What Burt is doing is a much better way to go, but not with 4 partners (in my opinion). He says he will make 2-2.5k per apartment, but realistically after costs I estimate that number probably goes down to somewhere around $400-$600 a unit (split 4 ways). So he'll probably make around $9,600-$14,400 a year from it since they're splitting it 4 ways. If he's making more than that somehow or his numbers are correct without factoring in costs, I apologize for assuming, but it just sounds too good to be true as I've crunched these numbers on rentals pretty hard myself. I feel like the only way you can really win with rentals is if you have a fuck ton of money in capital to invest up front and if you do multi-units, because if you don't have that mortgage payment, then you're probably going to be making 15%+ ROI on it (aka 15k per 100k) in cash flow on a single family home and could make something like 150k-200k/year on a million dollar apartment complex . Also, with this strategy most banks will only allow you to have 4 mortgages at once. From what I've seen, most renters tend to make about 5%-10% ROI (per year) on their real estate investment. The only ones that really make great money in this game that I've seen have the capital to buy properties outright. Also, my mom had a section 8 renter before that was awful and you're going to run into shit like that in the renting business. Tenants that will make you want to kill yourself. My mom had to go to court several times because of this insane lady she rented to, so if you think you're going to manage a rental property, beware it comes with a lot of shit with it. The lady never won any of her civil cases against my mother by the way, but regardless all that shit adds time and stress to the buis. And that is why I air on the side of such lowball figures.

      @SunChaserEUC 5 років тому +2

      Oneofakind Passive income is just something that makes you money without you having to spend your time on it. 99% of the time you still have to spend money on the base of it. For example, I do house rentals. I buy a multiunit house and it makes me money every month. I consider this passive income because I don’t have to do anything and the upkeep of the home is in the contract. The most work I have had to do is call a plumber. So you are right, a lotto ticket isn’t passive. But you can easily make that money a passive income source!

    • @noneofya5993
      @noneofya5993 5 років тому +10

      @@ReyesTheEntrepreneur the reason it is passive is because you don't directly trade time for dollars (like a 9-5 job for example... 1 hour = 12$, 0 hours = 0 dollars). Once a video has been made and posted (initial time investment), it keeps producing money even if you don't do anything. "Money while you sleep". Passive income isn't about getting money without lifting your finger. That's called "magical thinking" and it only exists... until you wake up in the morning.
