    Ingredients (सामग्री) :
    1. Besan Chilla Frankie
    For Chilla Batter:
    1.5 Cup (180 gm) Gram Flour (बेसन)
    1 tsp Chilli Flakes (मिर्च फ्लेक्स)
    1 tsp Oil (तेल)
    ½ tsp Oregano (ओरिगैनो)
    Salt to Taste (नमक स्वाद अनुसार)
    Pinch Turmeric (हल्दी)
    For Stuffing:
    2-3 Boiled Potatoes (उबले आलू) - Mashed
    ½ tsp Garam Masala (गरम मसाला)
    ½ Cup (70 gm) Boiled Corn (उबला हुआ मक्का)
    Some Coriander (धनिया) - Chopped
    ½ Cup (70 gm) Chopped Bell Peppers (शिमला मिर्च)
    1 tsp Green Chilli Paste (हरी मिर्च पेस्ट)
    1 tsp Red Chilli Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर)
    Salt to Taste (नमक स्वाद अनुसार)
    For Assembling:
    Butter (मक्खन)
    Schezwan Chutney (शेज़वान चटनी)
    Grated Cheese (कद्दूकस किया हुआ चीज़)
    Cheese Slice (चीज़ स्लाइस)
    2. Suji Chilla Frankie
    For Chilla Batter:
    1 Cup (120 gm) Fine Semolina (सूजी)
    2 Grated Tomatoes (टमाटर)
    1 tsp Oil (तेल)
    1/4 Cup (30 gm) Rice Flour (चावल का आटा)
    1 tsp Red Chilli Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर)
    Salt to Taste (नमक स्वाद अनुसार)
    Pinch Turmeric (हल्दी)
    For Stuffing:
    2 Cup (200 gm) Boiled Sweet Potato (शकरकंद) - Mashed
    1 Cup (100 gm) Grated Paneer (पनीर)
    ½ Cup (30 gm) Chopped Mint (पुदीना)
    1 tsp Garam Masala (गरम मसाला)
    1/4 Cup (30 gm) Chopped Onion (प्याज)
    1 tsp Red Chilli Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर)
    1 tbsp Ginger Paste (अदरक पेस्ट)
    Salt to Taste (नमक स्वाद अनुसार)
    Pinch Turmeric (हल्दी)
    For Assembling:
    Prepared Chilla (बना हुआ चीला)
    Processed Cheese - Grated (प्रोसेस्ड चीज़ - कद्दूकस किया हुआ)
    Green Chutney - As Required (हरी चटनी - आवश्यकतानुसार)
    Mozzarella Cheese - Grated (मोज़रेला चीज़ - कद्दूकस किया हुआ)
    Some Spicy Wafers - Crushed (कुछ मसालेदार वेफर्स - क्रश किए हुए)
    Red Chilli Powder - As Required (लाल मिर्च पाउडर - स्वाद अनुसार)
