Suzuki GSX-R Transmission Install & crankcase assembly. In order to get to the gears the crankcase has to be deconstructed since it houses both the engine & transmission. This video shows parts of the reconstruction process.

Hey Merkur where are you located? Do you do work at your residence? I cracked my crank case on my 2006 gsxr 1000 . I got new crank cases but the dealer ship near me in louisiana wants crazy amount to swap them.

I think one of my lower crank shaft weights has come loose and it's rattling around in there, how hard is it to get to and tighten up?

Do you do work on outside engines? I have a gsxr 1000 and I cracked the crankcase. Dealerships are trying to rape a man on there prices. I have the extra cases and I already pulled the engine off the bike
