I did the Worksafe course and became a licensed asbestos removalist myself. I bought all the required PPE. I still have the $2,500 vacuum cleaner as a memento. I should probably sell it, but it works so well.....

Please check with your doctor about massages in your condition, it could be false, but I’ve heard you can spread things by pushing around things that shouldn’t be pushed around in your system… please be safe. Just as an aside, massage isn’t safe for all who are receiving chemo. Always check with your oncologist. In my case I had to have a 5 day minimum window either side of my chemo where I had no complimentary therapy.
No back massage if you have lung cancer!!!! This can spread the cancer cells. My sister died from lung cancer in 2021, her back and shoulders were always sore… we didn’t know it then not to have massages if you have lung cancer. But I know that now. Too little too late 😢. Your an amazing storyteller. Very witty
It’s not to do with where you are massaged- all massage stimulates the lymphatic system which moves drugs toxins and infection around the body. Massage soon after chemo can remove chemo from the system too quickly, whereas after a period agreed with your oncologist it can be used to get rid of resultant toxins from the body. Im a qualified reflexologist and we have strict rules around treating those with cancer- we always ask potential clients to check with their oncologist whether it is safe to proceed. I have treated many people with cancer though- it can really help with nausea and particularly with anxiety and insomnia. I used to volunteer at a hospice where massage and reflexology are used with end of life care and it can be very supportive and soothing.
Paul, maybe ask your massage therapist to try using her maternity set up. If I could be on my belly at 9 months pregnant, just maybe you could too? The base was carved out to accommodate my enormous belly.
I just watched this video after Caroline's recent hospital updates on your health. Seeing how concerned she is, the love that her eyes reveal when she is talking about you, I have to say: There is so much more about love ❤ and relationships than "best friend" and "sexual partners". I would love to believe that you two are working on the uniqueness of your personal love story - there are no rules ❤

I have the same relationship right now with an ex-husband, we truly enjoy being together, and I would drop everything if he were seriously ill and take care of him gladly. We love each other and even on occasion sleep together, but it does not involve sex and its the best thing ever. So he is my best ex-husband Adrian. ❤

I am keenly interested in the process of your relationship with Caroline as that is what happened in my last relationship and I still find it difficult to understand. I am happily single at 65 but ideally would love to be open to another relationship but can't see it happening.
It was october... so, spring 😂 that was really cute for me, as a Northen Hemisphere inhabitant. Love (common name for sexual attraction and emotional attachment) is overrated anyway, I don't know why people aren't more focused on long connections and reciprocity (friendships). I did the Worksafe course and became a licensed asbestos removalist myself. I bought all the required PPE. I still have the $2,500 vacuum cleaner as a memento. I should probably sell it, but it works so well.....

She is one hell of an ex to come to your aid at your time of need.. I love her already. Please check with your doctor about massages in your condition, it could be false, but I’ve heard you can spread things by pushing around things that shouldn’t be pushed around in your system… please be safe. Wow, what an awesome thing to do. I didn’t even know there was such a vocation. Both my parents would have loved and benefitted from palliative massages.
It is an absolutely wonderful vocation that you have chosen. Throughout my life, just about every professional massage therapist I have met takes a genuine interest in the well-being of the person receiving the massage. Just as an aside, massage isn’t safe for all who are receiving chemo. Always check with your oncologist. In my case I had to have a 5 day minimum window either side of my chemo where I had no complimentary therapy.

No back massage if you have lung cancer!!!! This can spread the cancer cells. My sister died from lung cancer in 2021, her back and shoulders were always sore… we didn’t know it then not to have massages if you have lung cancer. But I know that now. Too little too late 😢. Your an amazing storyteller. Very witty
Oh, no! I didn't know that. I didn't let her massage my abdomen. There is no way I could handle it. It hurts too much.
It’s not to do with where you are massaged- all massage stimulates the lymphatic system which moves drugs toxins and infection around the body. Massage soon after chemo can remove chemo from the system too quickly, whereas after a period agreed with your oncologist it can be used to get rid of resultant toxins from the body.
Im a qualified reflexologist and we have strict rules around treating those with cancer- we always ask potential clients to check with their oncologist whether it is safe to proceed. I have treated many people with cancer though- it can really help with nausea and particularly with anxiety and insomnia. I used to volunteer at a hospice where massage and reflexology are used with end of life care and it can be very supportive and soothing.
Paul, maybe ask your massage therapist to try using her maternity set up. If I could be on my belly at 9 months pregnant, just maybe you could too? The base was carved out to accommodate my enormous belly.

Seeing how concerned she is, the love that her eyes reveal when she is talking about you, I have to say: There is so much more about love ❤ and relationships than "best friend" and "sexual partners". I am keenly interested in the process of your relationship with Caroline as that is what happened in my last relationship and I still find it difficult to understand. I am happily single at 65 but ideally would love to be open to another relationship but can't see it happening.

Love (common name for sexual attraction and emotional attachment) is overrated anyway, I don't know why people aren't more focused on long connections and reciprocity (friendships). Sometimes these go tohether, many times don't.
