AD (Anaerobic Digestion) and biogas are increasingly viewed as the key to decarbonising a raft of industrial processes, either acting as baseload to a hydrogen future or delivering platform chemicals for bio-refining and future fuels. This panel considers some of the pathways for biomethane out to 2030 and beyond.

Europe, UK, USA,... must not see the potential of the biogas industry as another new-business opportunity to be exploited, but must spend heavily in low-cost installations throughout the world as atonement for their past sins in unbridled CO2 emissions.
