When a person share 2 bedroom space, in order to book a room does the R1600 service fee keep your room safe for you until one is able to pay the R5500 deposit or not?
Yes, it does. After you pay the initial amount you are given a due date to pay the second amount. Your room is reserved until this date. But, please contact CampusKey to verify this information.

Hey doll, my postgrad was challenging, but I enjoyed it. I did not do law, so I think the process of applying is different.
Also, I was already a UFS Honours student when I applied so it was easier

Bloemfontein is a nice place, there are malls that you can get to via taxi. There are other smaller complexes as well, it’s a diverse city so there are all kind of people.
I found the people friendly, and it’s a city you can easily get to know, it’s not too big and not too small.

Private residences that are NSFAS accredited require you to pay a deposit.
Do NSFAS cover Lincoln House Accommodation Fees?
Hey, NSFAS does pay at Lincoln House, but you have to top up that amount.
Is Campus key NSFAS accredited ,which residence would you say is better Campus key or Lincoln house ?
Hey Zira, CampusKey isn't NSFAS accredited, Lincoln House is though. Each place has good things, Lincoln House is great because everything is included in the rent, you don't have to pay for laundry as an additional payment, you have your own room too.
CamkpusKey is great cause you can choose your room type, but its more expensive.
Is electricity included too because on your other video I heard you say Bloemfontein is cold most of the time

Unilofts is where you need to buy your own electricity

I think they can, however Campuskey just wants to know you’ll pay rent on time. And if NSFAS won’t give you any delays then apply.

No, it’s not.
So are there bursaries that cover it
@@bhaddieencounters9919 you would have to ask your bursary. It depends what amount the bursary is willing to pay for accommodation. My room adds up to almost 60k a year.
