How heavy is it
is really good boeing 747-100 1988 103 pan am plane crashed
I gotta know, just how much did all those pieces cost/are worth?
Dang, your Lego aircraft creations are really realistic and detailed!
Thanks!
Right
Agee
You've definitely outdone yourself!
Thanks! I have to do what you did and track down a real 747 pan am!
Other than the doors being mounted on the wrong side, what do you think? Tell me in the comments below!!
First to reply
and what a lame reply
Why
Nice video dude, could you do a tutorial on those high bypass turbo fan engines?
You should try building a model a380
Man, there are no words to describe this beautiful model, I don’t know how you managed to make these gorgeous planes. You have my total respect, I even saw your Southwest 737 LEGO ideas, it’s very well made too. Hope you continue to build LEGO planes!
Thanks!! I really appreciate the kind words.
BigPlanes no problem man, Keep it up!
Next Project : *A plane with an emergency slide*
Why in bold?
Now. Make it boeing 747 KLM

There is a LOT of creativity that went into this is absolutely amazing!! I look at my Lego airplane and I think that it is an ant compared to a person. BigPlanes you did an AMAZING job!!!!!!!
Amazing how you can do it so well, what a talent!
Thanks!
Do Not Ever Stop What You're Doing Broman! Love Every Single Build
Thanks!!
Jack, you are truly gifted
0:15
“The tail assembly can be removed with just *one* hand,”
0:19
“and the *same* can be done for the upper fuselage assembly”
**uses two hands to remove upper fuselage assembly**
That sure isbrediculously ridiculous
ANOTHER 747 BUILT?!?!? Damnnn dude your a LEGO Aviation LEGEND!!!
Thanks!
First, my compliments too you. You're very artistic and obviously multi talented regarding these Lego Builds. Its all quite extraordinary. I was in military aviation for a number of years. Been around most types of aircraft. These aircraft builds of yours are not merely just models. No they're works of art. Personally, the only Lego I have ever constructed was the Star Wars Tie Interceptor. Its rather poultry compared to your builds, but for me was a challenge. I did it in one sitting, one night. I was very happy with it.
Your builds are amazing and you should be quite proud of them.
Respectfully,
JR✈
Thanks!! This is not one of my most successful builds ( was replaced by Air Force one) but I’m glad you like it. LEGO is indeed a form of art.
I am so amazed at how you captured the amazingness of this aircraft. Like most pilots, this is one of my favorite planes!
Thanks!! The 747 is truly the queen of the skies!!
I like your models so much.
Thanks!
Amazing dude!! I grew up flying on Pan Am 747s as a kid in the 80s
Awesome!!
My mom worked for Pan AM I work for Delta.. again, great job my friend!
I honestly love the 747 and the design is just amazing and the way you were able to create is amazing
It's too heavy
JEEZ!!! First a TWA 747-400, now a PAN-AM version! What WON'T you build next???
If it can be built then I will give it a try!!
Thanks
Chris Mayer hi
To be the most specific, it's a 747-121 in the pan am livery
A KLM 747
This is insane! Your attention to detail is amazing! Really enjoyed it. Would love to see an MD-80!!
Thanks! There is much more to come!
One of the best Lego mocs I have seen. Great job dude.
Thanks!!
looks incredibly good, thumbs up!! 👍
Thanks!
LEGO Plane MOC
The 2 legends!
Wow, you made the interior fast! Looks awesome too.
Yea the interior was a fun part of it for sure.
These Minifig scale models are the coolest things I've ever seen made of Lego,
Thanks!!
That's the amazing Boeing 747 that i ever seen!
This would be a amazing addition to my airline fleet!
WOW!!! Very nice 747, I like the interior, and also the first class. I hope you enjoyed this project.
Really like how you do on the 747, the proportion is pretty accurate!!! just wondering how do you make the horizontal stabilizer tilt up a little bit?
I used mixel ball hinges.
Damn. I've allways thought a nice lego structure is nothing without a proper interioir, and you nailed the interior.
Thanks!! The interior is always a nice touch.
Loved it! But, at the edge of the wing isn't a stabilizer but it is used to remove electrons from the plane
Thanks for clearing that up!
Dang that must have been difficult to get out there
It sure was
Nah, he could've just tossed it and it would've flown the whole way 😂
I hope I can build this and a DC-10 for a mid air collision. Hopefully I can make them able to fly by RC. Probably won’t do it but it will be a small success, but where am I gonna get something like 2 tons of legos?
Awesome!!!!!! I absolutely love it!!!!!
Thanks!
BigPlanes can you give me building instructions for this plane please?
Maybe make the first class seats Red and blue, it’s not clearly accurate but it’s just a suggestion... No offense
WOW! I'm mind blown, thats awesome!
Thanks!
I saw this on Beyond the Brick channel and must say that this is awesome build ✈️👍. Great job !
Thanks!!
Imagine bring this to work as a desk decoration
Such a nice build, do you have like a parts list or any form of instructions? Thanks great video!!
Not right now but I might put some of my models on lego ideas. I will also be doing some tutorials.
I understand how you build it
But how do you get all these parts
Do you buy them separately or do you have so much sets that you just own all sort of lego stones?
A few cool ideas for the future, a 747-400F with the opening nose, a C-5, C-130, maybe some Airbus aircraft. Keep up the great work, you've got some amazing talent.
Oh, a TU-95 with the contra rotating props would be awesome as well 😉
great job, i think you will find it look a bit better if you move the out board engine a bit in, very minor adjustment. also bring the engine a bit foward, more longer engine pylon
One step ahead of you!! I have already moved the mounts for the engines about 4 studs in for the outboard engines and am currently reinforcing the outer wings a little bit more to eliminate some of the warp. I should have a video of it out soon!
Wow!
It’s incredible.
I love it my favourite of yours is the 787
I have only ever seen one 747, but it is still one of the most amazing aircraft ever.
Thanks!
Wow amazing build
Thanks!
Ik I'm pretty late for this vid but your 747 is awesome. Unlike me, you've clearly had prior experience at building lego aircraft. My A330 was the first one I ever built (I should have gone smaller but it's too late now). Good luck on your next project!
Thanks!! Building aircraft is tough to do In lego. I personally really liked your a330.
Can you compare your different 747s? Comparing building techniques etc would be so cool.
sadly this one was taken apart
I NEED this. You are going places
:)
I love this,well done.
This is one *HUGE* birbbo.
It sure is!
Is this kind of aircraft models for sale?! (eg.: Norwegian Boeing787 Dreamliner and Pan Am Boeing 747)
Although I love your good attempt at a MOC of this scope, BigPlanes, I think that you need to add some more pieces to your aircraft, namely, a lot of 1x1 and 2x2 plates on the wings and some 1x1 flat wedge pieces on the tail, and that your bathroom doors need to be designed a bit differently, but other than that, this is pretty much how LEGO should design a big jet. Hopefully, LEGO can make this into an official set one day.
Sorry about the late response. I would add those parts but I ran out of money. I am not rich.
What was the most fun part of building it?
The interior.
6 years later still a banger
WOW! This is an incredible bio,d which is highly detailed and beautifully presented! Thumbs up from me! I have used LEGO for quite some time now and I am still interested I’m these builds even though I no longer use them. This may seem like an odd question but how much of a price would you put on this aircraft in total? I must have been countless expensive parts and I just want to know how much it cost and how long it took to build.
Thanks!! I would say somewhere around 800-1300$
Whats the scale of it? Im wondering if the space shuttle Discovery could fit on it.
And your creations are wonderful ❤❤ I love your vids
Oh God those multilayered flaps !
I think Lego parts are not made for that huge rear, it is bending, you should add transparend structure to support the rear.
Thanks! The multilayered flaps were quite a challenge. Thw warp in the tail is a massive problem that I have been dealing with since this model was first constructed. Since then I have added massive technic beams through the bottom and it reduced the warp by a huge amount. I will be moving the outboard engines in to make them more accurate and when I go in to do that I will add some more supports and redesign the tail a bit more to try to reduce the warp. I am one that tries to be a realistic as possible and engineer the solution before I have to support it using clear pieces.
Hey dude..You have many tiles and seats too am I right
0:13 Did you just say '737'?
Edit: Nice video by the way. I like the interior and the cabin. So cool. I wish you can make the biggest passenger of all, the Airbus A380! I hope you do.
Thanks!! I don’t know what I said...
@@BigPlanesCustomLEGOaircraft you did XD
Yeah slow it down you can hear it
He said 7 TH-FOUR 7
No he said “seven-ferty-seven”
How many time did you build this amazing model?!
You are really creative more creative than me keep up the good work👍👏
Dayum i like the working flaps
It really adds a lot
This is so cool! nice work
Thanks!
Cool vid ever!!!!!
NICE AT ALL FIRST CLASS YOU MAKE IT?
How long did you build this?
Very cool build. Is there someplace I could get the plans for this aircraft?
Thanks!! There aren’t really plans for this thing but I can answer any questions you might have.
Have you made a Lego MOC of the McDonnell-Douglas DC-10?
As a suggestion could you re do it and put in custom seats
Sorry if it feels like i don’t care about the work you put into the seating I do but it would be cool
Oh, well, this plane doesn’t exist anymore so that may be kinda difficult... however, currently I’m building a new one in Air Force One livery which will have a very nice interior.
Oh I thought you still had it
Wait what about the landing gears does it closed or tilted landing gears or its heavy to flip the plane upside down
The landing gear does retract is just very difficult to show it.
Do you have 2 74's or did you take apart the other one and build this one?.
I redid the other one to build this one.
Hey just wondering Do you do comment requests?
I want to ask i know that this is 2 years ago but where did this 747 go?
Did it turn into Air Force One?
This model was scrapped to make way for AFO.
I love how u give an explanation of how to use the 747, as if ur 1 selling them, 2 teaching us poor schmucks how to make them, or 3, everyone has one of these
Another great video for me to rewatch
I would love to see more great vids
Thanks!!
I like legos to, I love your vids keep it up
Thanks! Glad you enjoy them.
It bigger than my B747-200 United airlines old livery
What inspired you to start making big planes?,no pun intended
I like aviation and LEGO..
How is it soo structurally stable?
Woha! Simply awesome!
Thanks!
You are so close to 1000 subs i cant wait for the space shuttle building
Hey, if your LEGO IDEAS Boeing 737-800 Southwest Airlines doesent gets approved, can you give us a
instructive so the people can get the pieces and the people can build it.
PLEASE!!
These are great but they always seem.to miss off the crew rest areas from these models and the in-flight bunks.
Amazing!!!!!!!!!OMG u finally completed it!!!!!
I am excited to!!
Do you still have the TWA red and white 747. If so can we see them together.
sadly the TWA one is gone
BigPlanes that’s to bad
Wow, you must of game worked so hard on that!
Thanks! It took years of planning and procrastination to get it right!
Fun Fact: The rod at the edge of the two wings are actually called HF(High-Frequency) Radio Antennaes; useful for communications. Saw one with glass mounted for viewing the internal parts.
Nice to know!!
Should you make TWA Flight 800 you just Done Pan Am flight 103😀
this is why i subbed
How long did that take you to make
That looks awesome!
Thanks!
Love it. Amazing. How'd you make the back and front curve?
I used plate hinges and cheese slopes.
you sound a bit like dustin; makes the video even better lol
Wooooow !!!!!!!!!!!!!! It's soo coool !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Wow
How long did you take to build this?
About 4 months.
so mackerfrackin cool!
Thanks!!
no. thank you for showing me a cool, no ... SUPER DUPER AMAZINGLY AWESOMELY ASTOUNDING CREATION!
That is so good that you should enter a Lego show
I hope I can!!
Is it heavy??
where can i purchase the lego bricks of the plane in 20,000 pieces
I like this plane 🛩
