I always wanted him to marry catwoman but shes always on some other shit (just writers tbh), i think she works better becsuse batman's core personality/traits are mostly intact with her, while harley drives him up a wall and would have him at his most lighthearted. Not necessarily a bad thing lol

I believes this makes more sense in the Batman series to have Harley Quinn ending up with Batman/Bruce Wayne that way Harley Quinn will get the (care + help + love + and better partner who isn't doing any evil to society) that she needs to be a better person, and Batman/Bruce Wayne will settle down with a woman who will be there for him and maybe help him with the relationship challenge on Batgirl/Red Hood/Nightwing/Robin from 1-to-5/Batwoman and his son: Damian Wayne who is still trying to decide become the world's greatest crime fighter or the world's greatest assassin.
