If the DLC isn’t 90% unique content, I will not buy it. After doing all bosses a few times, the copy/paste ones are making me worried they will do more of that nonsense in DLC.

Knight Bernahl was a BEAST! Those i-frames he had during his heal was unlike the other knights that could heal and be interrupted. At first I thought he missed him but he came down right on top of him and he didn’t take any damage while he healed himself. Then it was him somehow staying behind the bear and attacking him outside his hit box was what kept him alive from then on. Without that heal or how he somehow got out of his hit box was how he was able to win with so much health. This is great entertainment!!
OMG Godfrey was a Elite Rune Bear transformed to a Human via the Rune of the Unborn. A new attempt to let Beasts fight for Marika without people Noticing. And Serosh was given to him to teach him how to behave because he has been through the Same kind of experience, the Only difference is that the Beastmen looked like Beasts but had Intelligence given to them while also being taught to serve the Dragons, but Godfrey and his Golden Lineage are Transformed Beasts who only followed the Guidance of Grace and the teachings of Serosh and Marika.
It’s the knights honor to flee from a fight cause we all know that even if they could run away, rune bears are the second fastest creature within the game right behind us players saving and quitting after getting killed by one

@@Toot7. Godfrey is in Leyndell, Ashen Capital. Godskin Duo and Maliketh are in Crumbling Farum Azula, and Fire Giant is in the Mountaintops of the Giants. None of them is in the optional, post game area called Consecrated Snowfields. And just look at runebears in general, for their respective areas all of them are crazy strong, so it only makes sense this is so strong

It's usually to give players more challenge & stuff to do beyond the main story content. I mean death rite bird is a pain in the rump too infact he'd probably kill this runebear. Elden ring is still a video game at it's core. Video games have had a long history of putting random regular enemies or areas stronger then main bosses for a long time. Take FF6 for example madam+outsiders are scarier than any boss in the game.

Mausoleum Knight definitely deserves some kind of medal for that performance. By the way, I think it's possible that the horse-riding knights could've done slightly better in a larger arena like Radahn's, since they got backed into a wall multiple times and couldn't fully use their mobility.
I remember bringed to the frozen "river", Waited the moment he walked away, hitted him, (he don't go on the river) & repeated the process until he died ^^ This badboy hit hard xD
It's a slightly different moveset that specific runebears have. It makes them slightly more aggressive than normal and gives them a lot of follow-up moves to throw you off. This one is in the Snowfields, and it's the strongest one in the game. You can actually find another one in the big ravine in the middle of Caelid.
Loretta's finisher was 👌 I think big problem of such encounters is uneven scaling. This bear just thrashes low poise / low damage NPCs from the beginning of the game.
I'm never fighting a bear again. These things are legit bosses without the health bar at the bottom. I was strolling the lands of limgrave and a little pup bear bitch slapped me to the ground ran off until I got up, and finished the job before I could even finish the "GET THE FUCK UP!!!" animation.
If you look at its fur, it kinda had this weird scruff pattern where it looks like if you dont bathe a dog for too long and its hairs start to harden. Its also oddly reminiscent of scales. I think this one is transforming into a dragon.
