I've got a 92 750 Nighthawk. So much more simple. No air cutoff valves, no accelerator pumps. You do have a bank of 4 carbs of course. You have to go through all those passages, most miss that.
This carb was already pretty clean. But Napa has a spray, think it’s called aluminum brightener, helps clear up oxidation. Used it one engine cases, should work on the carb body.

I think that's the hole the accelerator pump pushes gas thru.
How did you get your carb sooo clean?? I used carb cleaners and still has a little oxidation.
