Irresistible Potato rolls with Mayo sauce recipe by Meral Food Journey 🥔🌯
Ingredients:
2 boiled potatoes
1 onion chopped
Half cup of coriander leaves chopped
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of coriander powder
1 teaspoon of chicken powder
1 teaspoon Red chilli flakes
1 cumin powder
2 cups of oil
1 egg
1 cup of bread crumbs
For Mayo sauce:
4 tablespoons of garlic tomato ketchup
2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
Method:
1. Boiled the potatoes and add all the dry spices with onion and coriander leaves. Mashed the ingredients well.
2. Make potato rolls dip them in egg mixture and coat them with bread crumbs.
3. Heat the oil in a frying pan and start adding your potato rolls.
4. Let them fry for 2 minutes on one side then turn them on the other side.
5. Once they are cooked, take out your potato rolls and serve them with coriander leaves and mayo sauce. ✨🥔🌯
