Meat:
600 g chicken breast (1.3 lbs)
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sweet paprika
2 tbsp baking powder
1 tsp garlic powder
olive oil
Black pepper
Potatoes:
800 g potatoes (1.8 lbs)
2 tsp salt
2 tsp sweet paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
Black pepper
2 tbsp olive oil
1 onion
1 red pepper
1 green pepper
spring onions

How do you reheat this dish to make the food warm and retain the same texture as when it was freshly cooked? I think it is difficult to foodprepp with potatoes because I think that the potatoes are usually too soft (if the potatoes have been frozen, they become watery) Perhaps a pro like you have any tips on how to reheat this dish or any food with potatoes?
In Sweden, it is common to reheat your lunch box at work in the workplace microwave, but I think it makes the food "boring". In our home, we reheat our food in a fryingpan or in our air fryer.

Hej Therese! 🤗 Yes, this recipe is for about 3 servings. But if you don't eat that much you can also prepare less or make more servings from it.🍽️ I mostly do 3 servings on my channel, but I totally get your point!
I love serving a fresh salad or some veggies alongside my dishes. 🥗 For reheating, try using an oven or a skillet to maintain the crunch of the potatoes. But ofcourse, a microwave is most convenient.
