  • Water restrictions are a part of living in Southern California where drought conditions often occur. Over the years I have perfected a process and method that works for me. This process works with any rinseless wash product. I just happened to be using CarPro Ech2o at the time.
A subscriber asked for a video on how to rinseless wash wheels. Hope this gives all subscribers and idea of a method to try.

I love this review because only a few of us understand what clean is. Once Guz was done with the tires and wheels, they were officially clean, even though they "looked clean" before hand, that's the difference between "us and them"😉

Exactly. We all know what it is like to take pride in having a clean ride.

Mid week i use Mckees sio2 RW on my summer wheels. I use 3 Kirkland towels and a quality towel to dry. 2 towels submerged that get dirty, 3rd towel damp for the initial dry and pick up any missed dirt. The quality towel does not get dirty. I have similar wheels and get reach all the inner barrel as well.

This is a good method as well. McKee's SiO2 is also a good product. I almost used that instead of EcH2O for this demonstration.

Thank you for showing us your method of a rinse lee wash. I use ONR for my weekly washes. I have used this product for years, instead of a traditional soap and water wash. Saves time & money. I can wash my car about 500 times for $20.00. Here in the Heartland, we do not have water restriction regulations. Unfortunately, you live in a heavy regulated state.

Thanks for making the video. This method looks far more efficient and faster than the towel method I've been trying. My wheels are much more intricate so getting into the barrels is problematic. If I can't fit my hand all the way in I may get out my BigBoi dryer and try blowing the rest out.

Intricate wheels are definitely not as much fun. A microfiber works well if no tools are to be used. This method has just worked for me and makes it so much easier.

When I wash my wheels (no hose at the apartment) I spray tires with power clean, OPT says it’s safe for it to be left on the surface. Use leftover wash water and a tire brush to scrub. Then I wipe the tire dry and it picks up some gunk obviously.
Now I use my pump sprayer to rinse the tire some and to get the wheel wet with rinseless and just wipe down my wheel face (can’t get into the barrels) with a microfiber.
I honestly have don’t understand why people get so tripped up on wheel washing with rinseless.

Great method. I agree some simply over think the process.
