1c butter
1c white sugar
1c brown sugar
2 eggs
2t vanilla
1t baking soda
1/2t baking powder
1/2t salt
3c flour
2c chocolate chips
Beat the sugar and butter for at least 10 minutes. Add the eggs and sodas, mix until til combined. Add flour and chocolate chips, mix just until combined. Chill the dough a MIN of 2 hours and max 24 hours. Portion into heaping tablespoon scoops onto a lined baking sheet, bake at 375 for 10 minutes.
