Smothered Pork Chops cooked in the Tupperware Stack Cooker

- In this recipe, I have cooked Smothered Pork Chops in the Tupperware Stack Cooker. Super simple recipe that you can have in 30 minutes or less.
Ingredients:
4 pork chops
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup sour cream
half of an onion - cut into thin slices
clove of garlic - minced
You can serve this over rice or noodles or use sauce with baked potatoes.

Sorry about that Cathy. I forgot to turn off the under counter light when I recorded. I didn't have a way to fix it on my editing program. I will remember next time. Lol

How do I know when to lower the temperature and when o cook at 100% power.
Cooking in the microwave is like cooking in your stove. When a recipe calls for simmering, then lower your power level just like you would turn down the heat on your stove. When it's lesser cuts of meat that require slow cooking, then lower the power level on your microwave. It will cook a little longer, but start to check what you are cooking and then adjust your time from there. I hope that helps.
