IRS prefers electronic bank transfers because of the risk of checks being stolen via the mail. And, that is what I think - they have be declaring Archewell as a charity - and getting all of the write-offs that comes with being a charity. However, they have never operated as a charity. That is fraudulent and there could be financial penalties as well as jail.

That would be the rest of the (developed) world, the US uses checks (their spelling, cheques are so old fashioned) and their version of online banking is taking a photo of the check - before depositing it, sending it to the bank and the amount being credited to your account - no idea what happens if the check bounces mind you.
What company wouldn't send all forms and monies owed electronically? I don't know a CPA that doesn't do everything electronically.

The delinquent registration paperwork was dated 3 may. So technically they should not have mentioned fundraising or fund giving in nigeria, if california decides to play by the rules this could be a breach of order, alledgedly. They were delinquent as of Feb 2023. So the CA govt attempted to resolve the issues for over a year and they were apparently refusing to send information. They were notified as if 3 May they were delinquent before they left for Nigeria.
This is the first step towards a major investigation.

Who pays by check? That would just be a bank transfer.
Bank transfers are electronic ... and leaves an audit trail ... a paper cheque, apart from the senders "Stub", can't be traced .... But, if the cheque was that important, wouldn't it be sent "Registered Post" and traceable? ... I think the 2023 Form 990 is either poorly done or it is going to be embarrassing in some way .....

I agree. I’ve been annoyed with KC3 for quite a while. It started with the Late Queen, who didn’t deal with the toxic two but she had lost Prince Philip and was in the end stages dying from bone cancer herself. Enter KC3 who still has not dealt with this pair. He does not have to be seen initiating any consequences for the 💩 these two keep pulling and will continue to do so but he is now well enough to do public activities, he needs to be privately working to nullify them and their line.
He has nullified them. They no longer have a home here. They don't get to appear on the balcony or get official birthday greetings or get invited to royal events. The King refused to see him after the cancer announcement except for a few minutes and refused to invite him to stay with him at Sandringham. H can't stay in any royal residence unless he makes a formal request with a minimum of a month's notice. H has been frozen out nice and discreetly. Done with style.
The King's actions have sent such a stong message, that they have just arrived home from their second royal spite tour. Evidently they are not getting the message, and neither am I!
I suspect that Harry might be in California on a Diplomatic Visa, which could make him exempt from prosecution, IRS audit, etc.
