1971 CHEVELLE SS SHOWCAR RESTORATION BY GARRET’S ROD SHOP

1971 Chevelle Super Sport known as ‘Tennessee Stomper’ was debuted at the Pigeon Forge Rod Run 2024 by Garret’s Rod Shop out of Columbus, Ohio. Karl Schulman from Garret’s Hot Rod shop takes us through the complete frame off restoration that transformed this classic project into an absolute show car! Featuring 496 big block chevy engine with fuel injection and over 600 horsepower this was a stunning clean built. The project honored the classic beauty by Chevrolet that made the Chevelle timeless such as the cowl induction hood yet bringing it to the modern day as an absolute street machine. 1971 Chevelle SS featuring billet specialties custom wheels and beautiful red pin stripping around the iconic stripes over the brilliant black finish. Stunning restoration by Garret’s Rod Shop featuring Steve Holcomb interiors.

This awesome Chevelle is further proof as to why the Chevrolet Motor Company designed and built the greatest muscle cars of all time..body designs along with the interiors especially dashboards and gauge cluster designs is something that has always out shown Ford and Dodge...thanks for your usual great interview and video
