The emotional part of your brain will realize nothing bad is happening when you act however you want and you'll have earned the skill of being able to "be yourself" at the end of it.
Then think of hot girls as not very attractive or older than you. Honestly, as arrogant as this may sound, and it's with a purpose anyway, I think I'm the hottest guy everyone will ever lay their eyes on. I work out, I look healthy, I dress to my body, I wear fragrance, I do art for a living, I love rock 'n' roll... whatever you do be proud of it, and I always think that girls are missing out on me.
