Kokosy i owoce egzotyczne super mają ale po kilkutygodniowej wizycie na Bali i Javie nie mogę powiedzieć nic dobrego o ich kuchni, większość rzeczy jest niezdrowa, tłusta i bez smaku a Indonezyjczycy ponoć są niedożywieni, wychowani na diecie składającej się głównie z ryżu mięsa i cukru. Odwiedziłam 7 krajów w Azji i najgorsze jedzenie było właśnie w Indonezji. Naprawdę trzeba było się naszukać żeby zjeść coś sensownego, Aniu wybrałaś chyba i tak te najlepsze dania,my zazwyczaj trafialiśmy na kolejną odmianę ryżu z mięsem. Smakował mi nasi goreng ale zbilansowany posiłek to nie jest, znalezienie dania z warzywami graniczyło z cudem a i tak po zamówieniu okazywało się często że są ich w tym daniu śladowe ilości. Ponoć tylko na Filipinach jest jeszcze gorzej...
Wow porsi jumbo hanya Rp.12000 sungguh sangat murah sekali.

@@globeinthehat My wife and I are actually in Bali right now on the north side of the island staying in a treehouse. We just came from lombok and have two more weeks here. And preparing for the trip, our videos were our favorites because you are so connected to the people here and your experience of it is so different than the people going to the clubs, and the fancy hotels, and flying drones around temples. 🙏

baguslah jika kamu suka nasi pecel coz jarang ada orang asing yang suka makan pecel, karena takut sakit perut karena agak pedas, di Jember juga rata² orang makan nasi pecel umumnya pagi, siang sayur asem/sayur bening entah dari bayam atau kacang atau kangkung karena segar ketika cuaca panas.
dan ciri khas masakan di Jawa Timur adalah Pedas & agak Asin berbeda dengan Jawa Tengah yang rata² agak manis.
