Hi Biker & everyone, I have a question that you may well be able to answer. I remember as a small child on holiday in Blackpool in the mid to late 1970's we stayed in digs a couple of streets behind Uncle Tom's Cabin in the north. I would like to know the pictures / cinema (that we went to) if you were walking in the back streets from Uncle Tom's towards town. The pictures was on a main busy road, what is the name of the road please? if you or anyone knows. Thank you. Great memories as a child of Blackpool.

There was a couple, cinema 1234 on the prom, or could of been the Odeon on Dickson Road? Hope that helps
@@OldBlackpoolBiker Thanks for your reply mate, I think that it was probably the Odeon after Googling it and looking at old photo's. Thanks again.

These night walks are great biker, I am shocked at how empty the streets are though it seems that most people are couch potatoes now.
Whoa, whoa Biker. Never seen you do a night wander, but I loved it. Few places like that here in San Diego that haven't changed in 50 odd years.
Some places don't change, yet others totally different
