- A Coyote Callin' Hard Chargin' Good Time!!!
The @ICOtecGameCalls Outlaw Predator Call used in this video icotec.com/product/outlaw/ has a 300+ Yard remote range, the ability to play two sounds at one time, are super lightweight and have a ton of volume. The large speaker produces crystal clear sounds at high volume for those windy days or really reaching out and pulling in those far out coyotes! The new open reed and closed reed mouth calls produce phenominal sounds, are made of silicon so they do not make noise while you are walking.
We are using the @AtncorpOptics X-Sight 4k Day/Night Line of optics on all our hunts. www.atncorp.com/x-sight4k-pro... In this video we were using the ATN 4k 5x model paired with the ATN ABL 1500 Rangefinder. With one press of a button on the scope the rangefinder ranges and instantly moves the reticle for a dead on hold for the range and load you are using. It also records through the scope so you can capture and share your hunt or look back at the shot to make sure it was a good one. The range is also displayed/recorded through the optic!
On this hunt we were running the New 6mm ARC Cartridge in the @gowilsoncombat Tactical Hunter Model WC-15. This rifle has a fluted 18 inch barrel with a 1:7.5 Twist. It's sporting the Wilson Combat Tiger Stripe Sage Finish. All coyotes were taken with the @lehighdefense 85 Grain Controlled Chaos Bullet at 2880 FPS! Once entering the chest cavity the top half of the bullet fractures into multiple petals which impacts a much larger surface area for hitting vital organs, blood vessels and the CNS! The base of the bullet continues through providing an exit for tracking! - Спорт
Marksmanship second to none...video, top shelf!
We sure do appreciate it and will keep them coming 👊
Thank you👍
I ran across one of your videos about a month ago and I bought my first coyote call ... thanks for the great videos
Wow that is so awesome to hear! Hope you put some predators on the ground here soon. Thank you and we will keep the videos coming.
WOW! An all around fantastic episode guys. From the clarity and framing of the camera work to the 579 yard shot, you have set the bar very high! At first I wasn't sure whether you had hit that coyote at 579 yards judging by the way it took off running...but it started stumbling and finally piled up. Do you know how many foot-pounds of energy remains in the round you are using at 579 yards? Obviously it was enough to put the coyote down. Congratulations to all involved.
Nice camera work you guys! I really like the pullback to the shooter then zoom in on the coyote. Really helps to get a sense of distance and scale that way.
We really appreciate the positive feedback and will keep it coming 👊
@@coyotedown Hello how could I contact you guys to see if you sale the coyotes canine?
Great filming / hunting guys.. That 575 yard shot was epic..
That 6mm arc puts their lights out quick! Great cartridge it seems. I'm an old 243 guy, but for an AR 15 it makes me want to build one in that caliber. I hope that round takes off.. I'm worried it won't, so don't know if I'll build an AR in that round or not.. Great shooting guys..
Thank you for putting info in the description of what you use so I don't have to ask and can go right to the website.. I wish all hunters that film did the same.. Thanks again.. Great stuff..
Regards from South Central Indiana. USA

Nicely done.
Thank you
I need to move there. Illinois politicians are coming for our firearms. Place looks free and beautiful.
Illinois politicians don't want a fight! They can't keep their cities safe! It is just a harassment technique! Put your mind at ease!

What grain of bullet was you using in the 6 mm arc on this videos! I recently got one and am looking for the best grain bullet for coyotes
Awesome videos, if how many grains of cfe 223 are you using.
what type /brand of tri pod and mount are you using ?
The efficiency and the ballistics on that 6 ARC is astounding.....this is the second video I've seen of yours using it. I load for a ton of different calibers and have several guns in many of them, a couple of which are AR's. I just picked up a set of dies for the ARC and soon another AR upper for it as well. A bolt gun will soon follow I'm sure...possibly an ICOTec too......nice job on the hunt !
Yes indeed It's a super versatile cartridge! From deer to coyotes it has done phenomenal for us! That's awesome you will really like loading for the ARC! Super efficient little cartridge!
Nice! Icotec just came out with the Nightstalker+ a few days ago! Looks to be a great call!

We sure do appreciate it 👊
@@coyotedown......Anytime 👍.........I started out using 100% handcalls and a .22-250, only way later buying and using a Johnny Stewart electronic unit. You had to use a disc player with it and it was bascially an amplifier. The mice decided to make it lunch one day and trashed it so the ICOTec may be in the future for me. Prior to electronics, I hooked up with Kerry Carver on a predator website and he sent me several to try back here in the east. His prey calls would pull fox in like a magnet, several at a time, but a coyote at random. As with your video's, the challenge calls, pup distress, pack howls, etc., are coyote specific.......keeping the fox under cover. I haven't used the AR's as yet for any fox or coyote hunting as I'm an old LE bolt gun armorer and ERT unit guy......still kicking around buying a complete upper, or building one. Anyway.....love to see the whole family event thing .......heart warming. And btw, your Mrs. is deadly........stay on her good side lol
Shooting the family dog! LOL!
You guys have the best content 👌 thank you
Thank you! We will keep the footage coming!
Just found out about your channel, incredible videos
I-‘m from Italy and we don-‘t have coyotes here, but where I live there are a lot of hogs on the mountain and people hunt them because they do serious damage on small fruit plantations and small mountain farms, other than being dangerous for people.
I went hunting hogs with a friend once and these videos give me the same energy, insta-subscribed
Keep up the good work👍
Need to get your hands on the 6mm max
What i'm using this winter. Using factory loads now until I get enough brass then trying 75 and 87 grain V-max ... but after watching this maybe some 85 gr Controlled Chaos too!
Nice! Give them a try they are a great bullet for deer in the ARC as well 👍
The coyote missing his back leg undoubtedly had an interesting life story.
Looked like it must have been caught in a trap. Probably gnawed its own leg off.
Damn I'd Love to do this. !!!!!
Give it a try you will have a blast!
3 legged 'yote
Awesome footage!

Great shooting as always.

Awesome work on the coyotes keep the vids coming Great viewing 🐺👊
We sure do appreciate it Chris 👊
What tripod do you use and why?
I love the channel. You both shoot great!!
We sure are glad to hear it and will keep the content coming! Thank you! We use a Really Right Stuff BH-55 SC Ball Head with the Really Right Stuff TFC-34L MK2 SOAR SERIES 3 TRIPOD, with the Leffotto claw feet on the bottom! What we really like about this setup is its super stable most importantly and the oversized tension knob that is easily accessible. This comes in handy when I'm calling as I don't have to keep my hand on the rifle so I can scan with binoculars and run the remote until the coyote has committed enough then go to rifle.
I love your videos. Everything is outstanding 👍👍👍👍👍
Thank you! We will keep them coming 👊
Great dirt naps, you guys rock thanks
Thank you, we will keep them coming 👊
If y'all wouldn't mind sharing: what are the elevation holds at distance with 6mm ARC? At almost 600yds how much holdover do you use? Thanks!
I have this load plugged into the ATN X-Sight Optic we are using. It had the ATN ABL 1500 Rangefinder attached. With this combo all I do is press one button on the scope that tells the Rangefinder to range with instantly moves the reticle for the load and range for a dead on hold. If you look at the bottom right corner of screen on the coyote at 579 you can see the range changing and reticle move before I take the shot. I just had to account for windage.
@@coyotedown That's amazing! Wow. Thanks for sharing.
Can you say what state your in?
Never seen so many !
Awesome job
Thank you!
On the long shot with the scope footage where the reticle moved, was that the scope calibrating for the distance? Would be great to have a video explaining in more detail how you quickly make these long distance shots.
Yes it was and will keep that in mind for a future video! I have all the ballistic information plugged into the ATN X-Sight scope which has an attached ATN ABL 1500 rangefinder that bluetooths with the scope. All I have to do is hit the ranging button on scope which makes the ABL rangefinder range and moves the reticle for the range and load I'm shooting for a dead on hold.
@@coyotedown awesome, thank you for the details, I might need to get one of those scopes!
@@REPR100 no problem 👍
What bullet and powder you using? Speeds?
Lehigh defense 85 Gr Controlled Chaos Bullet. CFE 223 Powder, 2750 FPS
Hello how could I contact you guys. You guys don’t sale the coyotes canine? I’m trying to find some authentic one?
Love that million dollar smile when Holly smacks one!!😀👍👍
Thanks, I appreciate it! I love to shoot when I get the chance!
I have enjoyed watching your videos! Great Job! Question what caliber do you guys prefer? The 6 ARC Or the 6.5 Creedmoor ? Thanks
We sure do appreciate the positivity and will keep them coming! Really like the Creedmoor for the longer shots as it anchors coyotes well at extended ranges and bucks the winds exceptionally well! The ARC still has its merits though. For fur hunting it doesn't tear the hides up hardly at all with these 85 Lehighs, it's a much lighter platform, quieter and has less recoil for a fantastic shooting experience overall!
No problem!
Damn good shootin' !
Thank you 👊
👌👌👌👌👌👌
👊
for a few years now I am looking for a trim for my parka hood and I don't find....
Another great montage :3 You're living a dream life.
BTW, why do some of the coyotes just freeze when they're hit? Is it a hydrostatic shock or the nervous system get hit?
Thank you we will keep them coming !
The Lehigh Defense bullets we are using in this vid produce some wicked wound cavities. The top part of bullet breaks off into multiple petals creating a larger surface area for hitting cns, arteries and vital organs and the base of bullet keeps going through as you can see a puff of snow behind the coyotes in this vid! Awesome bullets 👍
Fantastic shooters. Great 👍 video
We sure do appreciate it and will keep them coming 👊
Gettin after those Yotes, love it.
Glad to hear it. We will keep after them 👊
It's amazing how long adrenaline will keep a varmit moving.
No doubt! They can be super tough!
What bullets are you shooting out of that 6 ARC
We are shooting the Lehigh Defense 85 Grain Controlled Chaos Bullet around 2880 FPS.
Absolutely beautifully captured.. lovely great sharing.. TQSM from Mtl Cdn

What tripods do yall use?
We are currently running the Really Right Stuff TFC-34L MK2 SOAR SERIES 3 tripod with a Really Right Stuff BH-55 SC Ball Head.
@@coyotedown thank you! Yall are awesome!
Please take a head shot for me next episode :p
How much pelt damage you get with the 6
The Lehigh Defense 85 Grain Controlled Chaos Bullets we are using do not tear them up bad at all at ARC speeds. The top half fractures into multiple petals inside chest cavity and the base exits everytime usually leaving a slightly larger than caliber sized exit hole.
@Coyote Down good to know thanks. I shoot alot here in Wisconsin. Shoot .223 55 grn vmax and I love them. Was looking at the 6 arc for my next build. Might have to pull the trigger...
How important is it to suppress a 5.56 AR when calling coyotes?
Couldn't imagine predator hunting without a suppressor anymore. We take allot more Doubles, Triples and Quads with a can on. Its such a useful tool for the predator hunter.
Why are we shooting coyotes. What do they hurt an we moved into there habitat.
They will lure your dog into the trees or away from you and literally rip it to shreds. That’s why! And if you have ever had to see the damage they have done to your beloved pet you would understand.
Are we going to shoot mountain lions, bears an what ever. If you have a dog in these areas you need to know what you are doing.
@@warrenhagenbuck8340 I do know what I’m doing and so do the coyotes, bears and cougars are very rare in these parts but coyotes are everywhere. I see on average 2 or 3 a day, and I will do what I have to do to protect my dogs.
Where are you finding brass?
Two years ago I was running Grendel brass through my 6 ARC FL die but ran out of those. I worked up these loads from once fired factory ARC ammo!
Good, F coyotes. :D
Like ! 🇰🇿
I hope you save their pelts.
