    Wish they made this range w/ their classic red knobs.

      That would be pretty cool! If you want an induction range with the knob you should look at a Bertazzoni, Verona, Viking! One more major brand is coming out with one. Thanks

    Got my wolf 36” induction a week ago, the second one, the oven is perfect the burners not so much, right front one is the hottest instead of the middle one, all around the burner gets very hot almost to the middle burner

      An induction stove should never get hot enough to give you any sort of burn. The surface will get hot to the touch but not burn your skin light things on fire hot. Hope that makes sense. Keep using it, if you really think it’s hot enough to cause any combustion call your local dealer and have service take a look at it.

    "taken away all the knobs" like that's a feature and not a cost savings.

      yes, that seems to be a mixed bag.. benefit of no knobs is easier cleanability. You can wipe off the surface when you are done cooking with a sponge and not have to take the knobs off to clean. This choice by wolf seems to not please all homeowners. If you are looking for an induction range with knobs you may want to look at the cornufe, Bertazzoni, Verona, or the AGA.

      @@MARSILLIOSAPPLIANCETVBBQ I was looking at the cafe line, specifically because of the knobs and availability at costco, but will check out the options you listed.

    Never measure the cooking surface by measuring the markings on the glass, we need measure the inner coil to understand what their actual size really is.

      So true, the coils are way too small no big pot works on any of the burners, you can not cook anything in a large pot or pans, it’s good for boiling water and making sauces only, no big dinner parties, if you cook mainly on the stove not oven this range is not for you

    Great promo! I ordered mine last January (not from you, I live in Illinois) & still don’t have it. Delivery date has been moved back from September to December, so nearly a full year. Anyway I am looking forward to installation & hope it will prove to be worth the wait.

    How long does this take to preheat compared to a 30 inch range

    • @MARSILLIOSAPPLIANCETVBBQ
      @MARSILLIOSAPPLIANCETVBBQ  6 місяців тому +1

      Sorry for the delayed response!!! You are going to hate this answer but any range to preheat 100% to 350 will take a full 30 minutes. I don't care if they manufacturer says that it gets to 350 degrees in 11 minutes that is simply the air temperature inside of the oven. To have the oven truly heated to 350 the walls must be uniformly heated. So my answer is a full 30 minutes whether its a 36" or 30" range.

    What's the wattage on the broiler? Is the oven a true convection with a third element, or just a fan?

    • @MARSILLIOSAPPLIANCETVBBQ
      @MARSILLIOSAPPLIANCETVBBQ  11 місяців тому +1

      I cannot seem to find the wattage of the broiler in the specifications. The oven is a true convection oven with a third element!

      Thank you! Have you heard anything about Miele coming out with a 36" version of their induction range? The steam oven is so unique!

      I had a dual wolf 36” inch the flames did not get fixed and I was told that’s the way they all are so I bought induction 36” wolf, the large burner has less power than small ones incredible amount of steam with vent on full blast, after technician came over they changed something but not only the burner did not get fixed the amount of steam from boiling water on the medium is unreal, the oven was fantastic and now it dries everything, all the steam from oven went to burners it seems, hopefully soon I would have a proper working stove, begin waiting more than a year
