    How much flour! I already made the starter before I noticed there is no flour measurement for the dough!

    How much flour was added to feed the starter ? 25g starter, 35 g water , 20 g sugar and flour weight not mentioned :(

    Faulty recipe! Needs about 340-350 g more flour for the dough (about 360g total with starter). Also, too much milk compared to butter.
