- Hey friends! In today's video I'll be giving you a brief cranial nerve exam and full body assessment POV style :) I was inspired by one of my creators @BrittneyMay and her recent POV exam video and felt like doing one myself! These are always a lot of fun to set up for and film :) Also forgot to take a thumbnail so we get a screenshot from the video lol let me know if you'd like to see more concepts like this! What is ASMR?
“Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response”
The relaxing static-like ‘brain tingles’ experienced by some people at the back of the head or down the spine in response to specific visual or audio triggers. ASMR content is commonly used to help with stress relief, relaxation, anxiety, and sleep.

I have been to the ER thrice and of course it usually isn't a pleasant experience but you somehow made it feel so relaxing and I feel like these helped ease some PTSD due to my car accidents

Can you get a thermometer or prop that beeps? It's a small detail but it really sells the trigger when it beeps for me.
When you did the body inspection and wiggled the knees my knees really felt that for some reason and oh my lord the sensation was sooo nice; this might be a new favorite vid for the moment!
POVs = insomnia cured. Best parts for me are the full body inspection and the sensation test! Typically our faces are being poked at but these light touches on our body was fun! I enjoyed this v much, thank you Abby ❣️
