It really helps when I’m trying to nap while theres landscapers or other background noises. This video kinda drowns that out and keeps focused enough to fall asleep. Many asmrtists are doing this video right now but you have taken it a billion steps further and read the triggers from my brain! The unique movements were such an excellent choice!!! Exaclty what I needed; This has become one of my faves.
You can really tell the difference between the people who follow the trends and those who actually understand what the "triggers" are and how to use them
