Thanks for this, the doc that came with my blinds is horrific and straight out wrong, no mention of holding the button until blind moved 3 times or anything. After half hour screwing around finally found your video - many thanks!
Hi, I had my blinds for over a year and it suddenly disconnected. Your guide was great but for some reason, the final step to lock in everything for me was pressing and holding the MY button. Then the yellow light went green and all was good. ;)
Hi I just got a new somfy motor for my roller blind when i plug charger in it jolts 3 times but when i press up and down on my remote nothing happens and its a new battery in the remote
i need some help i tried all the methods but my blinds dont react to my remote after a while so i reset the motor and set it up again but it flashed an orange light 2 times every 9 or 10 seconds ive tried looking up what it means but i found nothing . after the flashing stops it doesnt react to my remote and the cycle continues . do you have any clue what it could be ?
never mind i fixed it i just had to press the program button after setting up even though i used the other method which was pressing and holding the MY button
@@melonqueen1870 nice one, I'd was just about to suggest to restore the motor to factory settings: Press and hold the PROGRAM button, located on the motor head, for approx. 12 seconds. The blind should jog 3 times to confirm this has been done But at least you have resolved it

Position 1 for blind 1 has stopped working from the handset. It’s ok on positions 2 & 3 for blinds 2 & 3. How do I resolve this problem?

This hopefully should help you - Mine did nothing with the remotes until I followed these steps

Has anyone got a multi blind remote - I have 4 blinds to set individually and combined - nightmare!!
