  • On the 14th of December 2012, 20 year old Adam Lanza would walk into the Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown, Connecticut armed with multiple firearms.
He had only minutes early shot his mother for reasons until this day unknown. Upon entering the school he encountered the principle along with a few other staff members who had unknowingly walked straight into his direction after he shot a glass panel next to the entrance.
Over the next 6 minutes Adam Lanza would take the lives of 26 people, 20 children & 6 staff members.
This is a deep dive into America's darkest & deadliest mass shooting on an elementary school in the United States.

It is highly likely this was a career ending call for anyone that had to go in and assess the patients and pronounce them as deceased. Suicide happens a lot. Do you as paramedics pronounce people dead because that what the first responders did. There is video of the first responders bringing lunch into the school with no visual trauma in their faces. Actually they looked quite playful. The nearest life support helicopters were never called, huh? Why is it that the people that are closest to something are blinded? Sandy Hook was a Government Capstone Event that was in planning for years. That school wasnt even open at the time. It was delapitated. There is 100 anomalies on the day. I wouldnt have wrote this if I didnt know for sure. I met one of the parents of one of the supposed dead children, Robbie Parker, I told him I didnt believe the BS and he allowed me to ask questions as he was shaking in his boots like someone caught in a lie. I was in middle school when this happened. I was either in 6th or 7th grade. I'll never forget walking into my math class and seeing on the board a heart felt message from my teacher about how everyone was loved and expressing her grief over what had happened. It wasn't until I got home that I had realized why she had written that message. I remember seeing a tribute video that had been made not long after it happened and it showed the faces of the adults and the children who were senselessly murdered. It was when I saw their faces that it genuinely hit me just how tragic this event was, and I cried my eyes out. I've always been a highly emotional person my entire life, hell I'm sobbing as I type this. The Sandy Hook shooting has always been the massacre that tore me apart (not to say that other school shootings were tragic because they absolutely are) and I think it's because it was such a savage and heartless attack committed on children who hadn't even reached 10 years old. I often ask myself how can people be so evil as to mow down toddlers in an elementary school like they were nothing more than prey. How someone can be so vile as to even lay a finger on such innocence, let alone riddle them with bullets and strip their lives away so cruelly before they had even gotten the chance to live them. I think about the survivors, how traumatizing it must've been for them to have not only been potentially lost as well, but to have had to walk around and over the bodies of their friends and peers. I think about the loved ones of everyone who was lost. Parents, siblings, spouses, children. I've never been able to watch anything about the Sandy Hook shooting without bawling my eyes out by the end of it. I am praying that every single person who's lives were cruelly taken from them are in Heaven now, free from all pain and sorrow.
And to Adam Lanza I say this: I know that you are in the deepest pits of Hell. I know that you are writhing in agony and have been for over a decade now. You had no right to do what you did. A day will come where your name will be forgotten, lost to time. No one will remember you. No one will miss you. No one will love you. When you put a rifle to your mother's head and to the heads of the 26 innocent people you murdered, 20 of them being children 6-7 years old, you surrendered your humanity. You are nothing more than a cowardly demon who preyed on the helpless and now you will remain helpless to the suffering you will endure for all of eternity. May you and all others who came before you and will come after be met with terrible suffering as punishment for the evil you've committed.

This is not something I have ever really talked about. Sandy Hook is a horror I will never forget. Mrs. Barden. Daniel Barden's mother was my second-grade teacher in 2012. She worked at Pawling Elementary School, NY. From what I can remember, she was a lovely, kind, and thoughtful person. I remember taking a spelling test one day in December. As someone who had undiagnosed Dyslexia at the time, I was pulled to the side of the class and helped by Mrs. Barden. I remember the classroom's phone ringing and Mrs. Barden telling us to stay in our seats and that she would be just outside our classroom.
The table I was sitting at was the closest to the room if I remember correctly. I remember heading her gasping, her knees hitting the floor and her letting out the most heart-reaching scream I have ever heard in my life. We were terrified. I don't think I will ever forget about it.
I remember my twin sister's class was across the hall and her teacher rushed out to see what was happening. My sister's teacher rushed us into her room. remember sitting with my sister being so confused. The rest of the day no one would tell us anything. I remember we never finished that spelling test. Mrs. Barden would not return to work for my school until the end of my fourth-grade year as a sub. My school and town did so much to help the What Would Daniel Do? campaign.
There are still people in my town with those green WWDD magnets on their cars. I have a WWDD bracelet on my desk still. I don't think I will ever forget that day. I have never really talked about it to anyone. I am currently a senior in high school who is graduating in just a few weeks and somehow stumbled upon this video. This has given me a sense of closure I did not know I needed. I know you will probably never see this comment, Ape Huncho, but thank you. Thank you for helping me in a way I did not know I needed.

Run towards not away & many of these horrors could end as soon as they start. Everyone's a hero. All the men should definitely run towards these Shitbags like a lLnebacker. it's sad listening to the interview about the chimp because we see inside Adam's mind that there really wasn't much difference between a "chimp" and a human being. He even goes as far as calling them are "closest living relative". This is a clue that his life was likely pretty secular and lacked a true sense of spirituality. When you subtract God from the human story, we are nothing more than primates, just slightly more sophisticated Chimps. This is the danger of the lie or the "false religion of evolution". Because without God it becomes very easy to devalue human life and see ourselves as animal and ugly. Despair sets in....and acts of violence are not far behind. What a shame.

Unfortunately, in today's society certain things are understandably questioned ... Take into question 9-11... There's more than enough evidence to support that what was put into the media and told to us citizens was not factual. A lot of things happened and occured that day that anytime it's questioned there's never a plausible answer. There is an agenda being pushed in this country ... An agenda for control . Whatever's needed to impact the psyche of the people will be implemented . In a country that seems to be desperate in obtaining it's citizens arms and overlooking it's second amendment certain things are bound to happen or take place .

Families would certainly know about the incident in this scenario, and some would even make it public through social media etc, but imo any sort of attention should be avoided.

I was in fifth grade when the Sandy Hook shooting happened and I remember the effect it had on everyone. Someone in my neighborhood was having a block party to celebrate the holidays that night and everyone was really quiet. The following Monday I remember that my school gave us papers to take home that were related to the incident for our parents to read. It was probably something about how my school was going to amp up its security in response to Sandy Hook. My mom used to leave the radio on for my little sister and I while we fell asleep. For most of December she left a radio station on instead of the usual calming nature cds because they played Christmas music. I will never forget the one night when I heard the radio host talking about the shooting and how the families that lost their children lost them right before Christmas. I think that was when I realized just how real it all was. I realized that it could happen to my school. I could be gunned down or one of my sisters could be gunned down. It was as terrifying as it was upsetting.
Listening to Adam talk about Travis the Chimp on that radio show was so difficult for me because it reminded me of that night. It reminded me of the night where the reality of what happened to Sandy Hook settled in. I am honestly surprised I made it to the end of this video because this tragedy just upsets me so much. I’ve heard a lot of millennials say that Columbine was a real eye opener for them and made them live in fear of the same thing happening to them. Sandy Hook was that for me.
May all of the innocent people that lost their lives on that day Rest In Peace.

@@alexmarshall8187 It's not Unabomber-like in the slightest. Ted Kaczynski made concise, brilliant and accurate productions about the future of industrial society, and how the need for efficiency will slowly overwhelm humanity and society. Adam wanted to be thought of as a profound intellectual with brilliant world views, however in practice they were rather elementary. His views did not consist of any new or intuitive observations about humanity. In fact, in all likelihood he knew who Ted Kaczynski was, and wanted to be remembered as a messianic philosopher similar to him. He often used the phrase "surrogate activities," a phrase coined in Ted's manifesto. He simply just despised being alive, and as such, despised humanity.
In his college essay about pedophilia he sympathizes with sex offenders, comparing predators caught and exposed on Chris Hansen's show who later killed themselves to a homosexual man who was secretly recorded having sex with another man in his dormitory. This man also killed himself. Lanza argued that pedophiles should not be treated this way because it is just another human sexuality under the rainbow, saying their LGBTQ+ brothers denied them. Not once in the 23 page essay does Lanza address the core reason why pedophilia is an issue and is frowned upon, that the brain does not fully develop until 25 and an individual so young cannot make those decisions.
Travis's case itself is interesting-- Adam's use of it as a metaphor for himself and a justification for his later actions is completely and utterly worthless and nonsensical. "Closest living relative" is still extremely far away; the creature he is referring to has an iq of 20 and cannot speak via language. It cannot learn the social behaviors and customs necessary to survive in human society. Using it to relate to a human being in this context is complete nonsense. By viewing his beliefs as some kind of brilliant insight you are giving him exactly what he wanted; recognition as a brilliant messianic philosopher. He isn't.
Society only has things to lose from such cynical and close-minded thoughts, to think that adopting a mindset of hatred and anti-natalism would benefit humanity. It's silly. Lanza was above average in intelligence no doubt, having hacked into a government computer at the age of thirteen. But his thoughts on society weren't based in any profound understanding of humanity, they were based in a life consumed by misery and isolation from the moment of birth. He wasn't thinking about society or humanity in an attempt to understand it from a new perspective. He was thinking about it with the goal of justifying his hate for the world. He was never happy his entire life, and therefore, all of culture is a disgusting virus and needs to be wiped out.

When I say "life skills" I mean physical self-care, like laundry, preparing meals, and cleaning their home. For a kid like this, basic home skills are more important than others. Social skills may take longer and might never be complete, but they can learn to care for themselves. Adam Lanza at 20 was hiding in his room all day, all week, all year, while his mother was cooking his meals the way he liked and doing his laundry. Therefore, she should not have been taking him to get gun lessons. If he refused to do anything around the house, he had no business being taught to shoot.

@@Helloseaside There were many many details that were up on the internet that have been removed. Mostly you cannot use the name or your comment will be barred.
Did you know an article that was an interview of the alleged principal appeared in the Newtown Bee? She was telling of the horror of the event until the story was switched to her being the first victim. The Bee retracted their story but why didn't they ever go after the person who would have done that terrible deception? Nothing more was mentioned. A neighbor pointed out they'd never seen Adam for three years. Then the "older brother" was interviewed in New Jersey looking like him but never interviewed again. The two were never shown together in any photo yet the older brothers alleged driver's license purportedly was found at the school.
What about the mystery mini-bus that allegedly took some first graders to Gene Rosen's house instead of dropping them off nearby at the headquarters, the fire station? He told different stories including that the driver was a male at times and at other times a female. No school employee would dare just leave kids off without authorization and then disappear permanently. How did a minibus just happen to be outside the school allegedly, just waiting for the fleeing children?
There were no helicopter videos of the supposed evacuation of about 600 students and teachers.
What parents would allow their kids to remain on the cold hard floor overnight to be allegedly picked up under the cover of darkness at around 2-3 am? There would have been a vigil as they waited desperately. And they were shown only photos supposedly.
When the school was torn down the workers had to sign non-disclosure contracts.

I was a senior at Newtown High School when this happened. I was in my creative writing class when we went on lockdown. I came to this video to see if any of the pictures of me and my family were included and thank god they aren’t on here. We were never asked if it was okay, and a picture of me, my mom, and my brother crying outside his school (Reed Intermediate) was plastered all over the news. That was the first time I saw how bloodthirsty media is. News vans FLOODED our little town. Microphones were shoved in my face when I was trying to walk home after our first day back to school. It was horrible. I can’t even imagine how the families feel. And I’ve been told to my face that I’m an idiot for not believing it was a conspiracy. I saw the pain people went through. It was horrific. I believe when I was either in 9th or 10th grade, Adam Lanza was a senior there. I don’t remember him though. Couldn’t recall him back then either. And that’s how he should remain in everyone’s mind- forgettable.

What bothers me most about this story is that Adam attacked the school seemingly randomly. Sure he was mentally ill and some kind of sociopath, but that he turned that against children...I can only guess he saw himself as making a statement against society, but making small children and elementary staff the victims of his 'statement' is so senseless and unthinkable. There was no connection.
Of course. While I agree Lanza has always had a disturbed look, it is important to remember in many of these images he was a small child himself. He didn't become a monster until many years later.
Side note - as a teenager on the spectrum and gamer when this story came out, i remember vividly the media blaming violent video games. To find out Lanza was playing fucking DDR just shows how insulting thst narrative is.
