I remember stanning her way back deviantart days (I was in first yr hs). I was really amazed sakanya and her sister. I remember seeing her personally during the v first cosplay event here in our city and she's super nice and super sweet! Nung nagkapera ako and travelled to Manila (for comiccon) I saw her again and yet again amazed because of her Mikasa cosplay and sobrang sikat na nya nun but still she hasn't changed a bit, sobrang bait (and she is REALLY SHY THO) and cant imagine how difficult it is to take pictures and do autograph signing for HOURS and still smiles. Now that I'm already working and saw this video, I'm even more amazed..Ganito pala yung sacrifices nila. So much respect and oh what you really do for the things you love!

I always tell my daughters to find someone that would complement them and be able to support and respect each other. To go into a relationship that would not sacrifice each others individuality. When you hear the word "exhaustion" in Wil, a very adventurous and sporty person, you will know that it is really exhausting.
i think its exhausting for Wil because cosplay is not his passion. as for Alodia, its her passion, its her dream, it gives her energy and happiness everytime she attend or do cosplays.
im sure if Alodia will be put into Wil's shoes and travel Asia for 2 months commuting and all the stuffs, im sure Alodia will also say "its exhausting". simply because thats not what she wants, thats not her type and that doesn't give her happiness. same as Wils perspective in this video.

Thank you for this video, now i understand why she is "rumored" as snobbish. We don't know how she is feeling while on a costume, the pain it gives to her and at the same time she enjoys it. Take care of her because avoiding toilet during a convention may get her sick.
I have been a fan of Ms. Alodia since 2014, and this amazing docuvlog attests as to what she has been through for the cosplay scene here in the Philippines, because people only see the finished product and not the behind the scenes. Good Job Kuya Wil for another HIGH QUALITY CONTENT. ❤️
I saw a lot of Wils video but honestly, this is my favorite of all...from the storytelling to the editing...really amazing, motivational, and inspiring! And of course got really inspired by Alodia's life story that it got me teary eyed to the point that I cannot sleep by thinking of things how to do better in life.
This is the Wil Dasovich vlog i used to love. Very natural, good story telling and very classy.
My takeaway from this vlog is Wil's first hand experience to a different world, the world of cosplay and his first hand account on the life of Alodia shows her experience on travelling, meeting people and her experience while doing cosplay and the demands her job entails. Though I appreciate Wil's effort to document and show his support for Alodia I find it amazing that he absorbs as much as he can while showing his support to her even when it seems like they both are running at low or little energy. Mad props to you two, can't wait for the second part!

I did a coverage for a cosplay event before and it was insane. Aside from the 6-8 hour long event and with a call time of 2-3 hours early. These people are so dedicated to their crafts that it's so crazy how much energy they have. getting into their characters, be so friendly and have a very inviting attitude towards their fans. Our cosplayers are superheroes (even if they play as villains) :). Thanks for this piece Wil.

Wil (or you) might find it so exhausting compared to the trips he’d experienced cause it’s new to him or “not his thing”,as of Alodia she’s probably somehow used to it.
If you’re passionate about something the exhaustion is bearable or some might not even “really feel it” cause they enjoyed and had fun doing it,at least from experience that’s how I felt.
The good (great) outcome is usually what people see but what they don’t see is the sacrifice,time and effort in the process.
