I actually saw him when I was 18ish in a practice facility in South Korea. He was then a 16ish years old. The reason I remember him (I only saw him once) is because right when I entered the facility, there was this ginormous dude whose making his golf club look small at address, hitting golf balls with an incredibly eloquent swing. I think just the way he was swinging the golf club was different (kind of like samurai-esque) which made me think that maybe he is the one. And I was right. I also witnessed a handful of really good junior golfers in U.S. (I grew up in Cali) who didn't make it on pga. This game is tough..
the first shot the commentator mentions how he’s backs the ball up with a 7 iron. is it rare to make the ball spin back with a 7?? cuz i’m an amateur who shoots in the 90’s and my 7 iron will spin back a few feet if i strike it well

Those things are a think of beauty.
@@Labergemusic I'd rather have louis oozthuizens swing
@@zdynamogaming1854 kid has a bright future on tour. Should put up similar career numbers to Louis at least
My favorite swing on tour right now
He seems so incredulous after his outstanding shots. Who doesn't want to play a round with him
Could watch him play all day. What a hero!
IM is really damn good.
His posture is so solid. gotta show this to my son.
Frickin legend. Just. Absolute legend.

멋진샷 존경합니다!
Notice on backswing how far back straight the club head before it goes up? Nice.
Can you rephrase that I’m confused
I think its wonderful to see. I wonder what Korea has in store for golf.
OHHHHHH MISTER IMMMmMM
Go Sung Jae!!!!!!
I’m modeling my swing after him now
1:40 center cup
Ball pop out of water that’s amazed laughing.
wait, is it slow motion swings?
Nope... My internet connection wasn't buffering 😳😂
Im - Impossible shots = Possible shots
= - (possible shots)
Will be interesting to see how his game holds up after 2 years away from golf
He has still been playing for the past two years. 29th in current WR.
👌👌👌
I'm proud of you as a Korean.
imagine being the one person who disliked this
My video highlight would be about 4 to 5 seconds
I had two hole in ones at 268 yards when I was 61 years old. 11 eagles on that 268 yard hole back in 1999. (10 the previous year)
I smell cap
Why does he catch every high five? Why?
👍
The best they can do is the Sunjae Im career highlights. Come on
