Homemade Heat Pack

Do you need a heat pack in a minute? find a sock (I like a regular white cotton blend gym sock) fill 2/3rds full with some cheap rice and microwave....start at 2 mintues you might need more or less depending on the power of your microwave.

Yup did this with my last ear infection

@@OldSchoolPrepper I used to see at the mall or novelty stores these little bags for sale infused with medicinal herbs that you would microwave and apply to a pain point.

@OldSchoolPrepper Today I went to Marshall's to buy some pans and minor kitchen items to have a decent working kitchen in the prepper shed, I want to be able to cook in there for emergencies, I'm about to demo the first floor kitchen, the first floor needs a remodel lol, I might need this rice heat pack hack for aching muscles lol.
