    rollerblade should rerelease the trs just for novelty. I'd buy them and try them out. The problem with trying them rn is that the ones you buy will be very old and likely to brake. I didn't grow up rollerblading (only started about a year ago) so it would be really cool to try old school skates. Kinda like how skateboards started making penny boards to emulate the old school banana board from the 60s and 70s. Just a thought. I think they would sell well

    Is there a version of this without the music? I had to stop after 30 secs because my sensory issues were going haywire and the transcript isn't very accurate or easy to read

    Hell yeah, i was just thinking this when i got my AB 13’s and I haven’t rollerbladed in 10 years and I didn’t realize skate companys were putting raised heels with plastic... doesnt make sense like you said. Gonna try and sell my AB’s for some razors. Do you have any recommendations on which razors you like for grinds and more freestyle riding?

    yes trs was my shit heel plate anti rocker setup then got the k2 fatty but was so use to the trs even royals on the trs I would have to lean back and put my shins forward and get really low but it was controllable the fatty pro was good but it hurt my feet and was slow on rails

    Your channel is awesome! Just got into aggressive inline about a month ago and been learning so much from you! I've been skating on a pair of old K2 Fatty Pro's (the all black leather ones) that I found at a used gear shop and fixed them up with new wheels but I'm looking to upgrade. I tried on a pair of the NJ Pro and took out the insole and really dont like the raised heel. I'm considering the Razor Shifts but do you know if the Them 908s or the USD Sway are flat heel boots? Thanks again for the awesome content!

      Ah nice! Thanks for watching. The Shift are flat, both the 908 and Seay are raised. All quality skates I’ve heard, of all I’d recommend the 908

      @@BacktoBlading Awesome and thanks so much for responding!!! Called a shop and spoke to a girl who said the 908s were pretty flat so im considering them! Any idea if the USD Aeon 60 Basics (black ones) have a raised heel?

    So, are were you saying that you can buy the shock absorber and add it to the flat boot ? Does the liner add to the raised heel ? I already use Good Feet foot inserts and I'm very used to them so I want to put them in my skates but I don't think I want a raised heel boot. I got a little confused because if I remember correctly u said you don't like the feeling of falling backwards so you go with a flat boot. So, are you adding the shock absorber merely for comfort and the rise you get from it is minor ?

    Hey there, a little off topic, but i whould like to know the brand of your wristguards cause they look really good and i hurt my wrists the other day with some cheap ones? Anyway thnx for making these video’s man, they are great !!

      De Sander our good sir here and I use the Ennui band Street wrist guard. I must say they are super comfy and have saved me quite a number of times. I confess the sizing is slightly off when you reach the end of each size but beyond that, they are great.

    • @BacktoBlading
      @BacktoBlading  6 років тому +1

      Correct! Ennui City. Sizing is off, I wear a L but fit XL tight, but great guards.

    I've been trying to find a completely flat angle rollerblade on size 13. Only 1 i can find is the k2 sodo but its almost 300$, I don't want to spend that much.

    I got them 909 and they feel like I’m falling backwards when i stand upright.

      You can find some heel lift cushions to help that.

      Yea, me too I have 909s and aeons and while the 909s are a better fit (I'm a size 11uk so it's a bit of a squeeze in the aeons) the aeons just feel more stable. I did put a gel heel cushion in the 909s to add an extra 2mm lift and it does make them feel better

    I think there is one disadvantage of raising your heels with shock absorber. your ankle will be higher and there's more pressure on three ankle from the cuff. But I love shock and
    absorption... double hell raise, maby is to much...

    • @BacktoBlading
      @BacktoBlading  3 роки тому

      All skates have a heel raise. I don’t think there’s any difference between using the boot to raise your heel vs a shock absorber for that concern.

    First to say hello. So many different skates. Oh my gosh. Have you ever been told, that you got only two feet? So you can wear only one pair at a time. 😂 😂 😂. Jk, I am just jealous. Kudos from Germany,my friend.
