Because that is how I feel every morning I get ready to school and look into the mirror (or whenever I see my reflection). I see someone who looks similar to me, but this is not me and I feel so lost. Who am I, what is my identity and how can I end up being happy with myself?

My partner has autism, and because of that he suffers from imposter-syndrome. He thinks he does not deserve the life he has, the accomplishments he worked for so hard. He is truly the best person I know, and he thinks of himself as the worst. Now, I convinced him to get professional help, and I also help him as I can, and he started to overgrow his fears and beliefs. Its still a long road ahead of us, but he took the first steps, and I am so happy that he did.

I found this song in the middle of feeling this way, feeling like I am things that I’m not allowed to be. Liking things I feel like I’m trying too hard, even if I naturally gravitate to those things. My imposter syndrome is crippling and eats me alive. I have yet to find a way to cope with it. “Confused...looking around the room, I’m like all the others” it’s too close to how I feel, I don’t know whether to feel comforted by it or feel like a clichè.
I wish this was on Spotify. Listen to it very often and I love it so much
