This is the game that made Nick so "happy, happy, happy" as was shown on the 60 Minutes feature when he praised the team in the locker room right after the game.
By far the best game I've watched live from Kyle Field as a part of the 12th Man. Solid win for the Tide, hope the best for them from here on out until next time we meet. Gig'em and RTR!
That 2005 Texas team was stacked. Jamaal Charles multiple Pro Bowl, Brian Orakpo multiple Pro Bowler, Vince Young Pro Bowler, Shipley, the list goes on. 2012-2013 A&M squad had just as many NFL prospects signed in 2 years compared to '05 UT team alone. Most of those prospects too have flamed out such as Joeckl and Swope and uhh oh yeah MANZIEL! There's no question which defense was better too so don't get me started there as Manziel essentially carried these teams to the post season which explains the regression in wins from 2013 to the present day lol. VY would put up 50 points against aggie squad and Manziel would wide out to Evans until he got double teamed then he'd get run down by Orakpo as he did in his very brief tenure in the NFL lol
"look at the size of that MAN" "that's what a MAN looks like " "that is a big, strong MAN" "WOW, would you look at that MAN" .............ok GARY, WE GET IT!
Everyone was so busy falling all over themselves with Manziel during this period that it gets forgotten how ridiculously good Mike Evans was. Also, probably McCarron’s best game at Bama, answered every call and delivered every drive when Bama absolutely needed it.
Kevin Norwood is a guy who rarely got the credit he deserves. Look who McCarron consistently went to when a clutch, first down reception was needed. He had a knack for finding open space when there didn’t seem to be any. One of my favorite players during the Coach Saban era.
Verne be like that's only his second catch of the game 10 minutes into the game and Bama only had 1 previous possession that was a 3 and out. WTH Verne
If A&M would've had a half ass good defense this season they'd won the national title going away. But they didn't. They had the worst defense in the nation, and in school history. Damn
defense this year should straight up be ashamed of themselves. Woulda been an easy dub for A&M but they got their ass plowed almost every single drive.
He lost to Auburn in the kick 6 game and he didn't play that great. Had they won, he probably would have won especially that he would had another game (SEC Championship) to prove himself he was worth winning it.
In the post-game interview. AJ McCarron told Nick Saban he want the ball in his hands for the game-winning touchdown. WHERE WERE YOU AT WHEN SABAN DECIDED TO KICK A 57 YRD FIELD GOAL WITH :01 LEFT ON THE CLOCK AGAINST AUBURN IN THE IRON BOWL!!!!!!!!!
It's a surprise that Manziel was drafted at all based on his play. If anything he should've been an UDFA. Lot's of lobs, missed open receivers in less dangerous territory elsewhere. Lots of opportunity left on the field. Also, him being a massive dumb ass off the field should've hurt his draft chances. But thank God for the Browns, right?
Spencer Wallace They should have been blown out worse than they were. Our secondary, which just completely collapsed in this game, has been atrocious for the last two years....(and we've still gone 23-4 with that handicap)

Yates Massey lol the only reason Bama won that game is cuz our defense was trash. Our offense put up 42 points and almost 650 yards on them and you say no substance? Leave it to a bama fan to be that dumb
I was there with my dad in the student section and the 95 yard TD was one of the greatest movements I will ever remember with him.
I was there, too. We were gonna paint ALABAMA on our chests, but one of our As was painted B, so the best we could do was LA BAMBA! -- I kid.
You A&M fans are some of the nicest we've met... give it a few years :)
seriously, great atmosphere in College Station

My god, Kyle Field looks so different now, with the renovations they have done.
It's a weird ass stadium.
@@littlemikeism it’s a top 5 stadium now
It went from “sections” to looking like a rectangular hole.
@@jdh6818 In capacity. That does not make it attractive. Too chopped up.
@@littlemikeism I actually think the stadium is better now on a full stadium. The endzone being filled traps the sound in.

Jeremy Mendoza Sorry for the way Texas A&M has turned out :( Hopefully they will get back on track again!
@@deus9089we unfortunately haven’t
A dream matchup of mine is to see Vince Young & Texas against Johnny Manziel & Texas A&M. You cannot tell me that game wouldn't be interesting TV.
If we could manipulate time, that'd be the first thing I'd do; is arrange those two legends head-to-head. Specifically 2005 Texas vs. 2012 TAMU.

the bias is real
Manziel was a fan of Young and Texas when we was growing up, btw
I'm a fan of neither of these teams but this is my favorite opening drive of all time.

Johnny football, my Lord! I’ve never seen anything like this guy, even in a losing effort!
All that talent and just threw it away like a spoiled child.
Alabama heads to Texas A&M for a rematch back in 2013.
Kevin Norwood is a guy who rarely got the credit he deserves. Look who McCarron consistently went to when a clutch, first down reception was needed. He had a knack for finding open space when there didn’t seem to be any. One of my favorite players during the Coach Saban era.
7:18 one of the best football minds of all time right here
How does a football team trail 14-0 in the first 5 min, and then score 28 unanswered in the first half alone?
just bought NCAA14 for 360. Studying up on O.G. Johnny
Amari Cooper one of most consistent receivers in NFL... Mike Evans even more consistent
I'm very grateful that Mike Evans plays for my Bucs 10 consecutive years with a 1,000 yards is pretty amazing
It'll be interesting to see how the Texas A&M/Alabama matchup will turnout for the Aggies withOUT Johnny Manziel. Who will step up for TAMU?
Pfft. No one. Lol.
Edward Richardson They got raped.
Edward Richardson Probably the same they were before Manziel, irrelevant.
Haven't won since so not so good.
what a great game to watch. really good game
I will take the pain of Manziel's NFL failure to my grave
This was a Big 12 Game
No, SEC because Texas A&M is an SEC team at the time
+Michael Hunter Yup
NCISfanatic21 Well A&M is more or less a Big 12 team
it's a joke.. because the high scoring..
LOL hell no you do not see them in running in slow motion do you? Oh maybe you could tell Urban Liar to clean up his ass I mean messes lol...........
1:24:04 - now that’s an awesome celebration
Mike Evans had a monster game!
This is the best shot out games ever
I just got back from the Church Picnic in Bessemer, Alabama back to Fairfield
What a great game this was... My aggies fought hard. Just didnt have the defense to get it done.

I am a Alabama fan but Manziel was just as good as Joe Burrow LSU QB in 2019
