i have 1,69 blink cooldown recovery without temporalis, could be more, you can use the weapon set skill tech to get more cooldown recovery for your blink
Have you tried cast on ignite? By converting or gaining some damage as extra fire, the amount of energy you gain from CoI scales with the damage of the hit and the lower ailment threshold. Should give way more energy than CoS or CoF.
