Weeeeeell i dont agree on any one - but thats why we KissFans love each other all over the world!!!! And I Dont accept the Tribute Band called Kiss after 2002, but I dont wanna hurt the fans of the Tribute Band called shamefully Kiss... Keep liking them and love them, thats beautiful... But we are fans of two complete different bands... Love from Sweden 💖
Why are you giving so much love to the solo albums. Ugh 😣. Nice trivia fact about Peter's album though. Your right. I did think either Plaster Caster or Detroit Rock City would be #1. Although I Was Made For Loving You, a song Gene hates doing live, does have a great intro on bass. You should have gave an honorable mention to Detroit Rock City.
No. The song I thought of when I clicked on this video is the most obvious: 100,000 Years. Then I Was Made for Loving You & Sure Know Something came to mind.
I debated putting IWMFLY on the list, but it's got that rhythm guitar part going at the same time. I do really like that bass part though, disco or not.
@@allkissranked Kiss covered a lot of genres during their first 10 years and knocked most of 'em out of the park. Torpedo Girl was another song that came to mind, though it starts off with sound effects then drumming then bass. Ace was at the peak of his creative powers when they recorded Dynasty and Unmasked.
As base intro... naaah... But MAN what a great song!!! And everytime I hear that song I got shivers - as a sober junkie Ive seen childhood friends pass away faaar to early... As a whole: Music, lyrics, singing and the way the song touches me... Genes BEST and most tragically forgotten song (probably cause it's on the "throw away" album Carnival...) Love from Sweden 💖
I think the weirdness in the beginning is just a guitar. Then the guitar and bass kick in afterwards. But I do love that song even though a lot of people don't.
@@allkissranked thanks for the unique KISS rankings. That's what I love about your channel. Others rank the same stuff with the same lists. As for me, I like Plaster Caster as #1. Sets the vibe of the whole song.
i feel that all songs listed on the Peter Criss solo albums should be discredited as the solo albums were not technically KISS albums even though the KISS logo was on them. Gene didn't play bass on any of those. not even sure KISS played any of those songs live at any point.
The Kiss song that I thought of first with a bass intro was 100,000 Years
Nice. Old school!
@@allkissranked and I wasn’t alive when Ace or Peter were ever in the band.
Weeeeeell, to say 100.000 years may be making it far to easy - but your so right!!! Its a magical intro...

🎶 "Yeah, Yeah, Yeah!" 🎶 😂
My first song that came to mind was sure know something
Nice. It's such a great, underrated bass line.
Mike Porcaro of Toto did play bass on COTN
Interesting. I didn't know that!

I was sticking to only songs where the bass comes in before the guitar, so DRC and IWMFLY didn't qualify. As good as the intros to those songs are...
100000 DEF NO.1
Yeah, no doubt there....

Childhood's End?

Yeah it's always a tough call to count the solo albums or not in KISS rankings.
Gene didn't play bass on a lot of Kiss songs either.
@@Fireglo but those songs were played live, so Gene still played bass on them.
@@ESPecialEntertainment the big difference is they're not his bass lines they're someone else's he's playing.
Sure Know something
It's such a great bass line!
1:00 huh huh huh mmm huh huh kiss is cool
ha!
Where’s I was made for lovin you?
That is a cool bass part but it's got the guitar in there as well, so I didn't count it.
But fxxk, keep posting 💕 I love Kiss, and I love you! (Just not the miserable coverband that been around the past 20 years)
Thanks so much for the love and the comments! They are very much appreciated!
Most of these wasn't Gene .
By my count:
7 are definitely not Gene.
7 I'm pretty confident are Gene.
3 I'm not sure on.
Dont care... The rank is Kiss, not Gene...

You left out Mr. Blackwell.
Ehh .. No, they have not
It's number 6.
Wow. Not familiar with easily half the songs…….💋
There are some deep cuts on here to be sure...
Interesting 👍🏻
Glad you enjoyed it!
