I buy 4 rotisserie chickens every time I'm in there which is once a week. A heck of a lot cheaper than buying a raw and baking it yourself. I take all the meat off the bones, package for soup or whatever and make bone broth out of the bones. Best way I've found for beating the high price of chicken.
My mom could make a chicken feed 4 people for a week by doing that. We had chicken and dumplings, chicken and rice, chicken and dressing, chicken soup, chicken salad etc. At the time I didn't realize how good she was at stretching a very small budget.
