  • So for this video, we will be teaching you a side flip. Not any regular side flip, but a Webster side flip.
We have a few examples in the beginning, and as the video goes we explain our own personal opinions that work best for each of us!
I suggest you try to apply this to yourself, but also break down every part of why YOU think you can't do your side flip correctly.
If you need more help on your side flips, feel free to reach out to us and we will PERSONALLY talk to you, watch your videos, and do our best to give you pointers and help! We appreciate you staying through this video, and until the next one! Thank you!

Angel Lollie just keep practicing! That's all it is, and that's most importance! Tutorials will teach you the how, but actually doing it will be practice!
Good job though, you got this!

Tyler Caswell Try them on trampolines or off an object onto a mattress or crash mat if you have one!

Red Vaporizer definitely one of the easiest, but I feel a backflip is easier on flat. Now doing them off of an object is definitely the easiest - Bjorn

my ass being able to twist my body fast, but when i fucking jump high i can’t twist 😂

Have to get that motion started before you jump, you will learn what works best for you as you get more comfortable doing it, but I suggest just jumping, throwing arms, and tucking in at all once for now.

@@zaiiiiin.__ just do your progressions again and break that mental barrier and you’ll be back to where you were in no time!
