This is a nice 🏠. I visited Kigali about a year ago and would love to own some property there in the future. This one seems to cost about 200K USD which is much better than a comparable house in Kenya and maybe even Uganda. Nice construction work!

Hi, your presentation was good except, you didn’t really go in details that matter like the size or square footage of the house! Also, your video coverage could’ve been better, I personally wanted to see the shape or the structure of the house from the outside, that’s why one of the viewers asked if it was detached or not ! Also, except the sockets, the camera did not fully cover all the details like floors,ceiling heights and design etc! Other than it seems to be a nice house!

1 The security in this neighborhood is 100%. I live there i can go outside Kigali and live my house without any security guard around.

As they said, it is no problem to purchase property in Rwanda as a foreigner. The process is very straight forward, and there is in fact a lot of investment in real estate coming from abroad.
Security in Rwanda is ver high, so most houses don't actually have burglary metals. Rusororo is a particularly safe area, also because of its proximity to important infrastructure such as the RPF headquarters.

so this house went from 900-950 monthly to almost double that right now this house is sitting on plut properties website for 1500.00 and vibe has listed this house for 1800.00 but before then the house was previously going for 950.00 according to Lutwama Peter please do your research and do nothing over the internet not that i did but be careful that alot of the houses you see are listed on multiple real estate web sites priced differently now the only thing i can think of why the price doubled is because the person who owns this house was originally shorting themselves and realized they were making a huge mistake now you have to ask yourself what are the factors that caused the drastic change in pricing but I think I already know why

Hello@@JohnMcCrimmon-bc4ei , Rusororo is a rather new area, thus the street in front of the house is not yet paved. However, the main road, which is about 30 meters from the house, is already paved.
In terms of your second question: Rusororo is a very secure neighbourhood with good homes. The other areas we would recommend in terms of security (Kigali is very secure in general) and quality of houses are Kiyovu, Nyarutarama and Kibagabaga. There are also some great and very secure homes in Gacuriro. Would you like us to email you some options?
