- On April 19th, Drake dropped a second diss track aimed at Kendrick Lamar, "Taylor Made Freestyle," on it he used A.I. technology to rap in the voices of 2Pac and Snoop Dogg. Plus he suggested Kendrick is being controlled by Taylor Swift, let's discuss.

It’s crazy out here lol
CRAZY BRO. LOL
Ok
You and Rob even older than me, and we all can prolly agree that we never thought anyone would come thru the rap game and be as petty, as disrespectful and CALCULATED as 50 was... Drake is at that level now.
All you ever say is “that’s crazy” or “Drake is funny” you never contribute to the conversation
@@RobMarkmanin your opinion, do you think that the Kendrick verse was done when the album dropped or months before? If so,doesn't mean he initiated this because I don't think anyone except Kendrick heard "First Person Shooter" as a diss to him
Love the rapid breakdowns. Keep up the great work
Will do!! Thank you!
Ion know why people think you glazing, you giving both sides, keep it up mane.
And i have my favorites. When it’s all said and done ima give more of my opinion but right now gotta call the fight like you see it. Thanks for watching and supporting dude
lol any grown adult male that uses the word "glazing" is automatically disqualified anyway
This battle has felt very inorganic compared to past battles imo. With Cole apologizing, Drake "leaking" his diss and all the AI talk, it's put Kendrick in a strange position I'm sure but I still think he's gonna show up with something no one is expecting. I'm excited to see the end game of it all regardless! 🔥🔥🔥
Inorganic is a great word to use. It feels like there is a larger game being played behind the scenes that we are not privy to.
Usually when people make a statement its based on previous evidence.
Where the evidence for Kdot? Or are you fans just hoping and praying?
Last time he dropped Control out of the blue exactly like this and he got replies from a lot of rappers he mentioned and then what did he do?......nothing.
So history shows he throws rocks and hides.
THATS youe evidence not some made up faith because you THINK he's the "God rapper" of Hip-Hop
Don’t be surprised if push ups was all Ai and Drake just took credit lol
@@ghostlupe6just chatting
Was telling my friends this last night. It’s very weird the biggest rappers going at it everyone watching and then these AI talks start. This beef feels very fake and something’s going on behind the scenes
That’s crazy one of my homies on Facebook today said Drake is trying the 8 Mile effect to take the sting out of KDots response
Won’t work. It’s gonna slap so hard when Kendrick calls him a p*do
I heard something similar . And that’s cool if it’s him doing it ,
Lol nah bro ain't getting out of that pedo shit. He knows it's coming
Well it’s working
That was very clear
I think it was a clever way of using AI. But eventually this AI shit will probably do more harm than good overall.
Agreed.
Exactly
My sentiments exactly! it’s like the Atom bomb in Oppenheimer . Someone eventually was going to do it
It wasn't clever its forced. Stop lying to yourself.
This overall battle doesn’t reflect the quality of bars or performance we’re known to love & cherish in Hip-Hop
Kendrick's verse on like that was alright though..

@@RobMarkman I just have a feeling Cole will drop some shit on his album about all this. Regardless of anything thats happened Ppl sleeping on Coles pen is wicked behavior.
Why are you mention drake waiting 2 weeks not acknowledging the fact that future had a deluxe coming he dropped right after the deluxe
@@uglygang Bro no one was sleeping on Cole's pen. In fact that's why most of us wanted to see him go at it but he decided to press the snooze on us.

Sorry this 8mile narrative is trash. You mean to tell me if Drake is an alleged abuser then him saying it first takes the sting out of it?!? That's a weird take Bro. R. Kelly should've thought of this!!!!
if it's true it's weird for sure, but these dont appear to be the crimes that R Kelly committed. Creepy vibes and R Kelly crimes are two different things
Seriously fuck outta here, it works cause Drake ain't got no victims accusing him of nothing. A 19-21 yr old can join the military, vote, & decide if she wanna hang w/ or fuck Drake. It's a weak angle really
I don't think we know the actual allegations (if any at all). Just saying depending on the details no amount of 8 Mile'ing himself is going to lessen the blow if he is a true weirdo. BTW if we're talking 8 Mile wasn't Eminem copping to the things he was bringing up...hmmm.
Stop being slow bruh. He said Joe Budden said it so it's gotta be true as sarcastic bruh. Cmon man. 🤦♂️
@@jayc5756 lmao man you know sarcasm is a smart mans humour, these people are either really dumb or just so bias and full of hatred that they'll spin their own narratives
I'm from Compton born and raised and I don't know Kenderick personally but I do know some of the niggas he was hanging with. And from what I know he really street certified. I'm proud of him though. Coming from where we come from young niggas don't make it out alive, now he in the conversation for one of the best in the game. Drake is applying pressure but he's going to take an L on this one in the end. Kenderick is way deeper lyrically. This a dope channel by the way!
I see what Drake was trying to do, and he made another move. Kendrick needs to respond & he will. Yet, how can Drake call DOT an industry puppet when Drake is the corporate powerhouse cash cow🤔? I like Drake songs i really do, yet Kendrick is the better lyricist, without a question on his pen🖊. Drake can win with corporate/mainstream, and Kendrick would win in true hip hop. They both come from different worlds.
yeah i get what you're saying. You're not wrong at all.
“When you take the human aspect out of creating art, it ceases to become art and it’s just a product” WORDDDD!!!!
8 mile on liking younger girls weird for me
Desperate men throw everything at the wall and see what sticks
Right so he admitted that’s a valid angle?
Joe Budden is the guy who's been really pushing that angle on drake to the world so of course hes not gonna let it slide easily
“liking younger girls” and texting 14 year olds is two distinctly different things… hes tryna water down his own accusations lol
@@C_The_Guy whats funny about that shit is that i doubt drake ever expected millie bobby to ever talk to the media about their texting convos. As innocent as it might of been, it's pretty weird for a grown man to tell a 14 year old girl that he misses her.
I would love it if Dot went up to radio and aired Drake out on some old school shit, then put that out on DSP’s
i'd be here for it
@@RobMarkman the Ai shit threw me all the way off. He gets points for creativity, but I don’t know bout the Ai
@@BD3MusicMultiverseit’s just a voice changer. Drake heard everybody saying there is no limits in rap dissing when it came to pusha t exposing his son but now everybody crying when drake do something like this. Smh
@@Jo.MeL95 it’s not the same. Somebody attacking your character vs somebody using technology to invoke a dead mans voice. Not the same beloved. Drake uses money and influence behind the scenes to also win the battle of perception. I think he might of thought the A.I. Voice would be a good idea but now look at PAC’s estate, they clearly didn’t think that was cool.
I think Drakes use of AI is clever and big trolling lol. He played around with it on the DSP version of Push Ups when he made his voice sound like future at the end of the song. I’m also skeptical about AI, but it is creative for sure.
im skeptical too, but cant deny the creativity
When people bring up drakes response time, it’s missing context. Kendrick dissed on the 1st part of a 2 part album that kept the same theme of “We don’t trust you”. So he waited for the smoke to clear, responding the day after the 2nd part of the album drop. I don’t see it as drake taking 2 - 3 weeks to reply given the circumstances.
Good review though overall Brodie keep the momentum going!
love!
Doesn’t matter why he waited..the fact is he still had all that time to come up with concepts and a strategy, even if he waited to actually “write” and drop.
@@brandenrushton3885 I feel you but Kendrick doesn’t have anything to wait for. Drake had multiple enemies to account for + the possibility of another “Like That” type record on the 2nd album drop.
Drake just better hope Kendrick doesn’t have a serious diss under his belt because that strategy he’s trying to pull off, just goes all the way out of the window. Kendrick is one of the biggest musicians on the planet, all he needs is one and the perception flips on its head
Yeah. I believe Kendrick can turn this around
Y'all believe he can turn it around or praying he does 😂😭? Hope y'all ready to give Drake his flowers if he actually wins this coz we not doing no album rollout thru this battle
Easy. Kendrick is a master at narratives and story telling. The child
Star outsider who got thrown into hiphop culture. Smacked by Diddy. Pissed on by T.I’S homie literally, and overcompensated in some problematic ways. Look when a conscious rapper gets in their psychological bag it’s dangerous. Lupe’s diss against Royce 5’9 wasn’t about the bars but the angles and noone has seen Lupe get personal with a diss before. That was the fucking gold standard diss track that most people don’t know about. Wasn’t about flips or wordplay… that was secondary. So we will see.
The most exciting thing about this is to see a writer like Kendrick approach this shit. Because battles aren’t about punchlines primarily. They are about narratives. Atleast on wax. When an artistic dude approaches it its interesting. If he cant…
Or only manages in a way that resonates with half the audience… that’s interesting too. They are so different. That’s what’s interesting.
@@RobMarkmanDrake took an angle that most never expected that was clever and right now have KDot in the sleeper hold and the ref has lifted his arm twice and it fell down with no resistance. One more and loss by submission.
Saying he not dropping because of Taylor to later on say he moved his album cause of taylor is crazy
Yeah don’t make a ton of sense to me
@@RobMarkmanhe officially released Push Ups the same day as Taylor and if you look at the charts on Apple, Push Ups and Taylor’s song with Post is going back and forth. I took it as he will drop whenever compared to Kendrick who had to go through Top and now in a sense Taylor Swift so he can get his numbers up.

Tomato to-ma-toe
So let me get this straight Kendrick did a verse. Just a verse. and the response has been 3 songs and an apology. Seems that Kendrick is controlling the narrative by having Drake shaking. Just my thought
That’s certainly one way to look at it for sure. The fact is, when Kendrick drops it can absolutely change things
I see your point, but do you think that “like that” is #1 without the Kendrick verse, also even though drake is putting things out here, are they really as hard as “ it’s just big me…bum”?
I love your breakdowns man! I would say though, when it comes to the “being on tour” excuse, the truth is Hip Hop fans have never really given Drake credit as an emcee even before all the ghostwriting controversy. But Meek on the other hand was viewed as a battle rapper and Kendrick as a real emcee and lyricist so no one should reasonably expect Drake to be able to come back with bars quicker than them. Plus in both these cases, Drake was the one responding. He didn’t initiate it so he should actually have time to craft a real response. But if they started it, they should be ready to go. Just my opinion though.
Right. Don’t start something you can’t finish. Kendrick should fire back quickly or he loses some heat
not mad at your opinion
Perhaps part of Kendrick's delay plays into his response. It's almost like DOT saying, "I'm not letting no son of mine (lyrically speaking) who definitely ain't built like that, rush me!" Silence does speak...
@@CreativeTee2024I see what you mean but this angle fails to work for me because it wouldn't apply for Drake as well. If Drake were silent it would be taken as
weakness not strength, moving the goalpost for Kendrick kills that argument. He doesn't get to be late to the meeting he called himself,,might not even show up. Gots to wait and see
@@Alvonaimah I see what your saying, and you make some valid points. My initial thoughts were really contributed to "why" Kendrick may not have dropped yet. Also, Drake shot first Kendrick responded, after almost what a year, with the like that verse. Also, Kendrick is not the artist to drop every five minutes like Drake does. He's never been "that" artist, so Drake couldn't get away with it for that reason alone. Plus he's already lost one battle to Pusha T... So he got to go extra hard. Kendrick does need to drop though! One last thought, Kendrick 🖊 pen has never been brought into question, so if he really pushing his pen he may have adjusted what he has. I love hip-hop. I'm seated LOL #Brooklyn
I gotta say…Drake’s approach to this is brilliant…rappin as a dudes uncertain and possibly disappointed heroes is diabolical…he’s repositioning himself as the the one who really don’t care….the bars wasn’t crazy but it’s just a smart play
Bruh I’m convinced y’all don’t understand how AI works. They didn’t take the human element out of it. Drake wrote and rapped all the verses. He used a voice changer. It’s not what y’all are imagining. This song was fire 🔥

Nah it’d be crazy if Kendrick has Taylor on the intro to his diss track 💀💀💀 also I see people calling this a “genius move” by drake. How? He’s simply trolling Kendrick. They acting like it was such a calculated seal team six mission that involved rocket science. Drake is simply trolling with AI. It’s not that deep 💀 Kendrick has plenty of material for Drake. Can’t wait till Kendrick finally responds. My thing is, Kendrick has so many sounds he can go with. I wonder what he’s gonna choose.
It is a great chess move, in the public perception it automatically makes Drake look like he’s up whether you agree or not.
2 he addresses a lot of the low hanging fruit disses Kendrick could use against him.
3 using AI was genius to create buzz and novelty around the track.
Drake is boxing Kendrick in, I’m neutral in this beef but Drake is moving smart.
Also Drake clearly has something tucked away that he’s super confident about to be baiting Kendrick like this

I'm neither a Drake nor a Kendrick fan, I find this diss lazy, I also think that Drake pressuring Kendrick to come out says a lot about the quality of the Drake disses, it shows that they are mediocre at best, thinking about it, there's no standout bar in the 2 tracks, in a battle you want standout bars, bars people will remember for years, Drake hasn't delivered that yet and I think this is why his biggest focus is on trying to get Kendrick out and not the quality of the disses, Drop and give me 50 is a catchy song but the disses to Kendrick on the song are weak, same as this new one, these songs will just encourage Kendrick more, I don't think Drake has a lot of fire for Kendrick that's why he needs to sway public opinion desperately.

@@drunkwizard weird take. Battling is a part of hip hop culture but it’s more in the spirit of friendly competition. Bboying for example is literally an exhibition between two people or two crews. It’s aggression in a creative way but at the end of the day it’s all respect/love

it’s almost liked you sensed it yesterday Rob, great breakdown as usual
hahaha i wish i could take credit lol
My opinion is that this was a bad move for Drake. We don’t want this beef to go to the streets, we all want a lyrical battle. But the West might feel disrespectful due to the Pac and Snoop AI. Those guys are Westcoast legends. And when you play with people like that, specially a dead person, some street dudes might take offense. Like, what if the streets ban Drake from going to LA? That would be bad for his business. Imagine him not being able to do shows out there anymore because something might happen. I hope it doesn’t get to the streets but I feel like he’s walking on thin ice. What do you think about this?
Would be terrible if it came to that. I don’t think snoop tripping really. And Pac people - it been so long and we’ve seen Pac likeness used in so many ways. I don’t think the streets get that defensive
Interesting take. Drake actually lives or lived in LA so I think he feels comfortable with some LA OGs for him to mention Top’s name so consistently, as well as the AI Pac and Snoop.
@@RobMarkmanAnd it wouldn’t necessarily mean that something would happen to Drake. Look what happened at the festival he got booed off stage. Maybe even in that sense it could be bad for business. He might not be able to perform comfortably.
I was waiting for this bro.
I don’t get drakes strategy tbh. You’re not just pushing any regular rapper. It’s telling that he’s trying to rush Kendrick because the more rushed the less sting. Drake a creative genius but let’s not act like Kendrick isn’t too. I genuinely believe Drake doesn’t know what angle he gonna come from, no matter what Drake is trying to say. Kendrick knows this too, I think we’re about to hear one of the most disrespectful songs probably ever. That young girl line is still insane to me. Like why would you say that if you think Kendrick doesn’t have anything on you. It’s very telling, I don’t think Drake is scared, but he definitely doesn’t know what to expect that’s for sure even though he’s kinda saying he does. Even 90% of drakes bars can be flipped, they’re funny don’t get me wrong, but not clever enough where you can’t flip them
True but I still think Dot doesn't know what angle Drake is gonna be coming at him with his next one. He seems overly confident in this battle & tbh I don't think Dot was expecting this pace on things after 'Like That'. He has to take his time and strategize. Drake on the other hand is more experienced with battles and kinda been waiting on this specific one. He knows how to play the social media angle as well. It's interesting stuff and I'm here for it all. Can't wait to see what Dot comes up with. But the more he waits the more the unrealistic expectations he's gonna need to live up to. And that album rollout shit he's got going on hopefully is not true!
The only thing I can think of, is the rumor that Drake owns several rappers publishing@@Alvonaimah
@@Alvonaimahnah it’s timing. Drake wants the reponse getting the least exposure by the media news cycle. Its clever framing it like that
It's about rap......your boy is just not rapping. If you this great, why don't you rap. You started this and don't want to follow through?
A rap diss don’t have to be purely factual. If the diss makes you laugh that’s more of a win than lyrics because rap battles are an extension of playing the dozens
100% agreed
Looking forward to this! Especially after your AI video yesterday.
Maaaaan that escalated quickly didn’t it?! 😂
Rob the use of AI here is purely a conversion of the voice. It was still written by drake or Drakes camp, it was still rapped by drake, it’s not like it was generated by AI. I think this one gets a pass
Yeah. But the sy the rapper one was written by him too. I agree this gets a pass, but because the intention was different, Drake was trying to clown. He wasn’t trying to trick us into really believing that was Pac
@@RobMarkman yeah you’re right, would it be better if he wanted us to think it was though? Idek
In my opinion Kendrick is on no clock. Drake’s taunting is enough to show that he wants Kendrick to jump in with a rushed record when his internet shenanigans have reached their peak. It’s easier to control the narrative when bots, loyal fans, music articles, memes, podcasters and streamers are portraying you as the winner.
YEP! People keep talking about chess moves but this is the only chess move I see. He is trying to be so active and push so many buttons to rattle Kendrick into putting out something subpar. I just feel like Kendrick is too smart for that but we will see.
You a kendrick fan so your opininion does not matter.Kendrick has never been involved in a battle so yall dont know how things work
@@babygirl4949 i think what drake is doing iss trying to expose kendrick for nt beingthe boogeyman that he claims to be
Drake is right!
This is a lost one's type beat. "This ain't a diss song, It's just a real song. The kicker is it ain't a real song Bots all over the verse even drake using ChatGPT lets keep it real.
SIRUS CALLS KENDRICK LAMAR - WHERE ARE YOU FOR ROUND 2? - ua-cam.com/video/FFzW61UYgO4/v-deo.html
Your on point about the Eminem approach. It's the first thing I though of.
Did this yesterday and then 8 Mile was on TV today lol
Top beneficiary in this beef is Rob Markman, an I love it!!!
Lol
After all is said and done I'd love it if you gave us your opinion on who won.
Oh i will
The behavior Drake is reflective of someone with no cultural investment. Contrary to popular narrative online, I don’t think Kendrick has to feel pressured to respond before he wants to.
Kendrick will likely do as he pleases. It’s gotten him this far. We’ll see
@@RobMarkmanDrake's actions are reshaping the traditional on wax beef dynamic, reminiscent of how Achilles challenged Hector in front of everyone in Troy, forcing a narrative and creating anticipation for Kendrick's response. If Kendrick does not engage in the battle soon, he risks losing respect in the music industry due to Drake's aggressive tactics and the public's reaction to them.
Only in 2024 can a rapper rap about painting his nails with impunity 💅🏾.
Since Drake is playing 8 Mile games part of my angle would be “just because you admit that you’re a bitch don’t change the fact that it’s true/ just because you show us you like kids don’t change the fact that it’s YOU”. He’s gotta play it like that.
Kdot probably gonna drop a album along with the diss. Now being independent that makes perfect sense. Great marketing. I hope this theory is true and that would also show why Taylor not wanting him to drop make more sense.
Would be a dope move on the business side of things but as far as the battle goes it kills his credibility, starting a battle just to promote your work is kinda weak in hip-hop.
@@Alvonaimahnaw. This been brewing for years bro. Since the control verse dropped. Even if he decided to use it for a rollout it’s been a dope moment after a wack year of music last year
Dope content per usual. I agree with a lot your analysis but I disagree with your conclusion that Drake has neutralized certain topics because he mentioned them himself. I think he's trying to neutralize them but if Kendrick cooks up a crazy Millie Bobbi Brown stranger things line (for instance) its still gonna go off. It's less 8 Mile and more Loaded Lux v. Charlie Clips, Charlie tried to cut off the "your pops is snitch" angle and Lux danced on that square for an entire round and compelled Charlie to get "emotional", the same applies here to Drake.
I agree with you, in the aspect of Kendrick could still cook something to come out on top. But it feels like Drake is making it more difficult. We’ll see. Much love to you. Thanks for checking it out
Trying to control and shape the public narrative is a smart move by Drake, but only real fans of hip-hop and rap and can see through all the hype in these moments, arent gonna be swayed by this kind of propoganda. Everyone whos caught up in the moments or are casuals are gonna be the ones runnin with this and building it up to be bigger than what it is, because in all honesty this was a weak move and record. And in a way disrespectful to use the late and great 2Pac on a record in this fashion, let alone snoop as well. So aubrey really pushing the limits of disrespect with this one, but i doubt anyone even cares at this point.
I don’t think the general public cares to that degree. You’re right
Hip hop purists are in shambles right now.
Yall thought Drake was on top because of the machine.. and it’s because he’s actually a machine.
Drake tryna be in his bully. I can respect it. I just think when Dot responds…Drake not gonna wanna rap anymore just like when Pusha responded. Can’t wait ! Preciate you Rob 🤞🏾
It’s not gone too personal, the Whitney line is too linked to The Bodyguard, people have said that bar in different ways before. I think Drake vs Kendrick is the least personal out of all the beefs happening right now
@@ProdByPalmariusyeah I agree. Like it feels like it’s a personal beef but all the tracks seem more like rap disses than actually personal attacks.
Wow two people in the comment on oposing sides finding middle ground...there might be hope for world peace.
Kendrick not battle tested at all so who knows what his next move is.
haha we'll see! Cant wait for Dot to drop
Drake is smart though. Him and his team clearly write faster than Dot so they are using that to make it seem like Dot is scared or has nothing to say. But if you’ve been around rappers you know some just write faster than others.
As a huge Drake fan, I like KDot’s music he’s super talented and his albums are good but I don’t think he anticipated this type of battle because he’s not battle tested so he doesn’t know the mental warfare that comes with this type of stuff. This reminds me a lot of the meek mil situation obviously not saying Kendrick is meek but I think you need to be savy when it comes to beefing with Drake. Pusha was very prepared when I think about it now. He knew all the moves Drake could possibly make and executed perfectly.
Facts and I heard Kendrick suffers from anxiety so it’s a very interesting take indeed 😊
He battled out here all the time back in the day. He not for the internet games. He grown married man.
@@LBDREThat part
He’s controlling the narrative until Kendrick comes out with a kill shot
Absolutely
That A.I. is disrespectful to Tupac alone. There's no way Drake should get away with that. Using a deceased person's voice for foolery purposes is wild. Edit: when I say get away with it, I'm referring to Kendrick not slaughtering him in a response.
This is what Im saying man. Drake and Em are the two most protected industry plants who continuously get passes for doing h0e ish. Its lame af. 🤦🏾♂️🤦🏾♂️🤦🏾♂️
Omggg don't be that guy
He gon cry in the car 😂😂😂😂😂
@@wade2ndboy
Ohhh brother. Go arrest him then
You no ppl NEVER hold Drake to a real MC standard. Ish is lame af. But stans will eat it up.
If we remember Big used his own AI on give me the loot…He just changed his voice but writing from someone else’s perspective has always been in the game
This summer will be extra hot. The bars in mainstream will be back. I got my lawn chair ready.
Should be good for the game
Drake is giving Dot a whole lot of rope...and it's Drake that's gotta be worried about who's gonna hang.
The beat is a Kendrick Lamar sample btw, Kendrick did a song years ago to that same beat, Drake chopped it and threw pac and snoop on it which is genius 💯💯💯
Kendrick used AI technology to deep fake Kobe Bryant and Will Smith etc in the heart part 5 without permission to use thier likeness . AI technology is going to part of the game moving forward. Also there is no rules to Hip Hop beef at least that’s what I thought 🤷🏿♂️
Kendrick actually did get permission
Drake is making him look like Poppa Dot while son’ing him.
I’m absolutely salty about this Drake diss… I really thought he had a bomb to drops. Instead I’m getting DaBaby level internet antics….
I feel you. But in a lot of ways, all of these rap battles since the beginning has been about who has the tea; who can create the spectacle. I’ll break it down
LMFAOOOOO ..im dead
Blame kendrick, he gotta respond so it can get going
We can't talk about Dababy like that when he dropped the hottest freestyle in forever this week.
@@RobMarkmanit was creative no lie.
The funny thing about all this is that I sat in front of you at the TDE show in Madison Square Garden the night that Pusha T dropped the story of Adidon
Maaaaaan we were so far back lol
Hella far! 😂🤣 Drake lost the battle FYI nobody is playing his disses after the first time
I just have one question when are we going to have a real conversation about this bozo drake fam this dude did black face he still ain’t respond to jay push Ross come on now he’s corny still got questions about his pen
That “controlling the narrative” thing only works until something real drops, and increasingly works on fewer and fewer people now that we have access to more info than just what a good marketer has to say. New timeline.
Yeah. Kendrick drops something and can change the time, but until then Drake is doing a good job goin on the offensive.
We bike....imo the use of ai is kinda trash, i dont get why ppl call it creative. like this dude needs Ai and Ghost writers, he's using a lot of gimmicks to try to win this battle
😂
It's disgusting fam
I agree with you subjectively.
Objectively, using the two most iconic rap voices and Dot's icons to go at Kendrick... Taylor "tailor" made. The makeshift West Coast beat. Taylor "tailor" made. This was a pure psychological diss.
Body shot knockdowns hurt more than headshots. But subjectively, I agree that it should just be him. And that young girl shit is gross, but what's new in Hollywood
Got excited for another breakdown when he released last night lol
the baiting is incredible
Yeah this is next level baiting lol
No, a reference for the chorus is nit the aame as writing verses. @Mrletitgo
@Neptunes7485 that's what kills me they try to compare reference tracks n "ghostwriters " when they don't know the difference between actually writing the entire verse or collaboration when you might give someone a bar or tellum say this like this or even a hook made is nowhere near the samething smh
@@carlosrosado9560 ghost writing is ghost writing. Kendrick Lamar still took another person song and made it his own.!yes the situation is different for Drake because Drake had someon rapping on a reference track. Drake will go in the booth and rerecord the song and switch words around which isn’t right
@@85_til_infinity yes it is like Drake says yeah love to make excuses for Kendrick Lamar because I hate to see him winning. I enjoy both of their music. I started listening to Drake before Kendrick Lamar. I think Drake music is popcorn meaning it gets cold fast and you can’t go back and listen to his old music because it won’t hit the same
"This hurt KDot....2 in a row"
This sounds nothing like Dre but I see how it can be a Dre type instrumental but it was ass cheeks
been following you since you hosted "Taylor Allerdice" keep doing your thing bro these videos are dope. what program are you using for your audio? it sounds good but it can be better (not tryna diss you just tryna help out)
I don’t take it as a diss. I’m just growing this thing and building with y’all. So i appreciate the feedback. I use GarageBand for audio
So Taylor made freestyle drops and you’re saying it’s disrespectful to use 2Pac’s voice
Drake dropped Two Birds, One Stone - “how dare you make fun of Kid Cudi mental illness addiction”
Drake says Pusha T went too far -“ there’s no too far in hip-hop you’re scared”
Oh Please
you mean, people in general, right? I certainly never said this.
@@RobMarkman yeah I mean people in general, not you
You know what, I appreciate this take. This does close those gaps he left open in push ups. While I don’t care for it, in the context of a battle, he cleaned up in time to make sure that Dot has to be precise, just wondering now if he brought a new challenger using Snoop’s voice. Not against AI, but if you’re going to use it and claim to be a student of the game, at least get their flow deliveries right.
Drake is the Young billy G.O.A.T.....creatively and musically he is a genius. I can't think of no one else that would have done this. A brilliant chess move. And it's lyrically and contextually sound. A solid offering to say the least.
