Nahi hoga kyuki wife lawyers police, judge and government make a bank on such cases. This is buisness
When pubic is degenerate at mass level, you can't make your own govt honest.
Only when the Majority public becomes honest then the system will change.

Looking at all the problems in India and the World, why can't we have laws for family hierarchy system as below. Based on the level govt benefits, paid leave and also career benefits will change. This way people will focus on creating families as higher level is good for the person.
Level 0: Above 18 years of age single men and women
Level 1: Above 18 years of age single men and women with children
Level 2: Above 18 years of age married men and women
Level 3: Above 18 years of age married men and women with children
Level 4: Above 18 years of age married men and women with all children above 18 years of age

It takes spine to accept our own mistakes. And i could hear the regret in his voice that he couldn't give the justice that his client deserved, even though he tried his level best. Juniors need this kind of seniors in their learning stage.

Perjury laws must be made mandatory in case the wife tries to settle or take back the case... because mostly they're lying to teach the man a lesson and once they're satisfied, they take it back...

To not exist is to not suffer , to exist is to crave desire and attachments which leads to suffering, the middle path might be to live in solitude and detached from blue p!||ed society.

The truth is Indian judiciary system does not a man to take divorce on his own will. It all depends on if his wife wants or agrees to the divorce irrespective of the fact that the marriage is over and no love left.

    Hello Mr Amish,
I have been following you and your legal advice for some time and I had a general query regarding false cases against men in courts of law
I want your opinion about the progress of revision of the draconian laws used to falsely trap men in cases. I read about suggestions made to the Supreme Court but no news regarding change of laws yet. I want an answer because the broken judicial system makes me think about renouncing Indian citizenship.
    Yours Thankfully,
    A concerned citizen
