Fantastic mix of drone and time lapse. Crystal clear with a nice soundtrack. Watching it on a 5K iMac screen just blows you away. I've never seen Positano like this before. Well done.

Some of this footage is simply incredible! We loved Positano when we were there, and had some very breathless experiences (such as climbing those bloody stairs!)
The villa we rented ·which you see in this in this video) was right at the top of those stairs! That was killer. But at least we got fit!

I was there in early September. That was hot and lovely. But I believe it is still great in early October.
loved your drone footage... we were there in August of 2015 about a month before you and it was the hottest and most humid time we have spent there,,, Rome was cooler believe it or not... Summer of 2015 was very hot and humid in Italy.. awe are going back this August,,, Hoping for nicer temps and lower humidity,,, One can hope anyway.,, :)

Thank you! Until now I wasn't aware that they had featured my footage and provided that link. So don't have the traffic graph to know if it did drive any more traffic.

@@TAPPChannel They probably did get my permission, as a lot of different people have asked for it, and I have given it. I didn't then track what each one of them did with the footage.

Thanks! Yes - I did take off from the balcony. In this case I filmed with the Phantom 3 Professional, which was small enough to pack inside my bigger suitcase.
My first quad was a phantom 2 with a 3rd party gimbal which was not too satisfactory. Recently upgraded to a P3 Prof and am thrilled. What editing software do you use? I am using Cyberlink Director 14. Your videos are excellent. Btw ailines allow up to 100wh battery with passenger. I took mine on flight CT to DBN no prob as P3 battery 68wh
I use Final Cut Pro X. Very powerful, but fairly easy to learn and more intuitive to use than products like Adobe Premiere Pro. Also does very well with 4k video playback.
(P3 Prof is an excellent drone.)

What hotel is it that you stayed? Looking to go next year and would love a recommendation!
We stayed in the red villa that you see in the video. The best hotel in Positano is Le Sirenuse. Very hard to get a booking there in the high season.
