Can we really say a fridge is "obsolete?" Cuz my fridge does what it needs to do. Meanwhile, I got these VHS tapes laying around....now THAT's obsolete 😂
I ordered a VL45ProS with the MB250 power bank this past weekend. Can't wait for it to arrive! Been hearing excellent things about ICECO and decided to pull the trigger. Glad they are producing quality items, with features based off consumer input, for a mid-budget price! Great video as always Asia!
Been running the pro for about a year, taken it to the deserts of Gansu/Qinghai, up mountains of West Sichuan... Its great... But... Little rattley, the cover helps...
Asia can you lend me your old one? been wanting one for my 4runner will pair it up with the solix c800 that i got becuase of your video. let me know how much thanks!
This was a great vid, my kitchen fridge plan included IceCo jp40 duel zone in the plan. Still working the base plan in the back still. Did I met otion the camshaft sensor failed… 😅😅😅 Jeep life. Hope to talk soon Asia!
I have a JP40 and when it reaches temp, it doesn't draw enough power from my powerbank, and the PB does an auto shutoff! hmm, I thought about the iceco battery pack to fill the gap., any thoughts?
I have a Lion Energy Summit, which has 530 watt output. I got it at the Overland Expo Rocky Mountain here in Colorado last summer. it was at 20% discount at the show, and I knew I needed a solar powered battery for the fridge. I emailed them about how to bypass the auto shut off, but haven't heard back. might need an actual call.
@@hawkeshots Lion Summit sorry is to say isn't the best PB. I know people that have had issues with their voltage dropping so that's probably what's happening and the fridge is cutting off so as to not kill the battery. I don't know of a bypass on the fridges. They all have them but I wish they did offer a bypass. I usually run my fridges on no less than a 700w. The Iceco one is less than that but it seems to run it just fine
interesting, I'm a newbie and thought it would be enough! I might have to repurpose it to another use. it was a deal and I thought it would fulfill my uses. I'm retiring in July to go overlanding and get lost in the USA, spend time with my mom in the PNW (Pacific NorthWest) so I know I have a learning curve! THANK YOU for your input! I appreciate it!
@@hawkeshots no problem! I would suggest Bluetti or Anker Solix. Those power banks won't break the bank (pun intended) and will serve your fridge well. And if you still have issues, then you might have something internal with the fridge. Do me a favor...plug your fridge into a wall outlet and let it run for a few hours. If it doesn't cut off and working fine then you know it's a powerbank issue
Just got my JP50 Pro a few weeks ago and love it. Should have bit the bullet sooner.
Nice!!!
Already obsolete. JP50ProD - dual zone, bluetooth/app controlled. Same form factor. Mic Drop.

This guy probably doesn't have any fridge.
@@SamanthaHAgastinoh that hurts. That hurts real bad.
Form and factor is great. Perfect for us Mortal Overlanders with square Jeeps..... ICECO is pushing itself.
Like the power bank🎉🎉
Nice video
whats up cuz.

?
Is it sturdy enough to sit on top of it? Thanks
I wouldn't stand on any of my fridges lol. But with the way this top goes on it, I wouldn't risk it. It's not like their other covers

The basket def rattles a LOT! I'm thinking about doing some sort of like rubber piping in some areas to prevent that

Haha no it's going in the runner unless Iceco wants to send me another for the 4Runner. I'll let you know if they do!
Looks like a great option. Was looking at them.

Worth a shot! It could be your PB. What are you using and what's the capacity?
