Usually prime the oil drive by gently blowing air into the tank with the fitting in the air box unscrewed until there are no bubbles in the line. Nothing wrong with the way you do it. It's been my experience that the pump doesn't pull enough vacuum to displace the air.
1:55 how long do the suspensions last for these retro scooters? I was thinking about how for people who only ride it on weekends, the scooter is not really getting much milage.
I did have a look at the kick stand mount points and saw that nothing was wrong with them. The exhaust was poorly designed and assembled and putting a small notch in it is hardly anything to lose sleep over.

I wound of looked at reason why the exhaust was hitting stand now instead grinding into it if it fitted before without issues
