I’m gonna be honest, I thought there was a way that unfair songs won’t be counted toward a winstreak. Hope I’m being stupid and this is actually a thing lol, good video! :)
the part where you were wrong was when you said applecore can destroy your streak. However, the same with bob run, the devs made it so the song doesn't effect streaks.
Is that a thing for every unfair song though? Or only for Applecore, No Hero and Run? What about songs that are unfair but not super obvious? (For example, Ectospasm)
Another unfair song in my opinion for the left side is "Last Gem" from the Pibby mod, if you're on the left side, they charted the glitch sounds as a bunch of quadruples, fast stairs and jacks, there's a LOT, too.
I love how funky friday is aware that some songs are unfair for one side or both sides but proceed to add some of them anyway (and then they say ,,no starecrown because the right side is the only one playing for 2 minutes in one song while the left side is not doing anything deeming this mod unfair")
An update that could easily fix this is an option that would let you choose which sides chart you want to play. (Couldn’t switch charts mid rap battle.)
Yeah I agree, apple core can be very unfair on the right side but it still gives a lot of points. I’ve been wondering if they could rechart it and make the original chart on like an Insane mode and the rechart will be Mania/Expert mode.
One thing I know about unfair songs is no-hero where left gets a billion notes while right gets like 5 every turn. They didn’t even change the mash notes to hold notes in Funky Friday, it’s still just like the OG charting where left gets like a billion notes while right gets like 5 every turn.
I think the Casanova Alt arrow point values should be more balanced for both sides even tho the creator of the mod said the was meant to be a joke song.

The mod developers did not except to have their mod added to FF so they made the Finn side almost impossible just for the vibe since Finn was never supposed to be a playable side.
i might be wrong considering i haven't played on a multiplayer server in a long time but casanova alt isn't that bad if you're actually good at chordjacks and iirc they fixed the 50k point difference on it
I have played Cassanova on Alt difficulty on the left side against someone who has almost exactly same skill level as me. When the song finished, he had roughly 50k more points than me.
Its another unfair song in funky friday, the song is called “No Hero”, on the left side there are alot of jacks everywhere, i get over 100 misses on the first turn.
Any Finn & Jake song is unfair other than Elastic Destruction and Corrupted Hero because those have good charting but others like Together Forever is pretty unfair for left side
I agree with all of these songs, especially Applecore. Don't get me wrong, I'm a big Dave and Bambi fan (just look at my pfp) but this song is so unfair. When I need points I might just play one of these songs on the right side. Thanks Jack for making awesome content as always!
I think another song that’s really unfair is from the Pibby Mod “ No Hero “. You have no chance winning if you are on the left side. It’s literally plain spamming! The right side doesn’t get as many notes, but it’s playable. When doing this song always go to the right side
Im surprised No Hero isn't on here. Its definitely more unfair than Casanova alt. At first the left side would always win on any gamemode due to the bug where the left side wouldn't mis AT ALL. But after they fixed the bug its impossible for the left side player to win on any gamemode.

I believe Together Forever in Pibby Corrupted mod is unfair due to the charting on the left side being virtually impossible to FC due to Jake and Finn having different chartings at the same time
The song 'Unfairness' may sound, and see unfair, but its actually almost balanced. This is because at the start of the song expunged gets notes at its side while BF doesnt, then after a while BF appears to have a spam trouble which helps the left and right side to be balanced. Also i think Angy song is unbalanced (not much unfair tho) because sometimes when i go to Left side on Angy i see right side get more notes than on left side when the song starts.
If there will be part 2 of this video, then "no hero" must be included. Left side is basicilly run 2.0, maybe even worse. While right side is amazing for grinding and is easier much more.

Chirumiru is super unfair, the left side has an onslaught of fast notes on one specific part, also there’s one bit which the left side is screwed over again not even 10 seconds after the super hard bit, it’d recommend it as a warm up song for good players and leave it at that.
Whats funny is that I fought a guy who played all these songs in the same game... On the left/unfair side. calling me a cheater and not realizing the point differences.
There's another unfair song which is forgotten. That being B-Side Factory Reset from VS. Ron. Right side can win easily as they don't meet much spam as left side does.

Jake's notes actually overlap finn's long notes, so if you want to hit jake's notes you're gonna have to break the hold, and if you wanna do finn's long notes, get ready for a hecka lot of misses

The entirety of the Lobby mod is unfair especially to players on mobile. You have no idea how many times my phone AND my tablet almost gave out when people play those songs.
jack applecore isn’t from Dave and bambi, it’s from a mod called “VS Bandu” or “VS Applecore” so yeah if it was from D&B then it would be so popular but so bad at the same time.
If you can read those jack chains in casanova then you could be good to go, i can read them and it increases my chances of winning unless my opponents can read them too.. One more thing. they balanced the casanova score difference a few months ago.

In the nonsense mod, there was a song that made it so the right side would only get 1 note
