I have a 2006 Duramax with almost 200,000 miles that I bought new, I’ve never washed it using a hose. That’s actually the worst way to wash a maintained, respective non-abused vehicle is the hose it down. If you wash your car once a year or drive where there’s a lot of dirt, mud and pollutants that’s a whole different story but if it’s something you take care of, you don’t even drive it on a gravel road there’s no reason to use a hose and get it completely soaking wet every time it’s dirty.
Cool vid. I have ONR but am super tempted getting the kit since AMMO has 1% for Black Friday 2023. Btw, check out the electric pump adaptation to avoid the constant pumping. There's a video by KanDo that shows the setup.
