"Chelsea's my team, we haven't won it for ages" lmao they literally won it in 16-17, the year before, and 14-15 to boot. In the past four seasons they've won it twice
Clearly '3 years' is ages.
The year before 16-18, Leicester won it
Was that not sarcasm?
😂 lmao exactly what I was thinking so I came straight here
Imagine liverpool
Moment of silence for the forgotten Doncaster Rovers
@Gonçalo Ferreira Berwick Rangers who are English AND Scottish!
Bristol rovers
Parks91 😢
Especially with Jeremy being from Doncaster
And Bristol Rovers 😭
“Chelsea’s my team and we haven’t won it for ages” BRO THEY WON IT LITERALLY THE YEAR BEFORE
Leicester won it the year before?
Oh no my bad that was 2 years before
@@adamstainforth5466 you're a moron
Amir_Vinci zip it shrimpy
@@AntickUamba I know lol, I'm acc clever though, I just don't know much about sports
That last one was tough, especially considering Davenport won it the year before I believe.
Also you can't trust the audience, I would have voted Venus because she is the only one I have heard of.
I for sure thought it was Serena or Davenport. I think he did the right thing.
Yep I knew she won in 99 as I was in the army at the time and beat a relative unknown. I also don't recall her retaining it and I'm sure Venus won her first in 2000.
@@ChocPretzel8 What? You haven't heard of the others? that's crazy...
@@ChocPretzel8 yes, but not in the case when you are risking 125 000 pounds 😀
Finally the fact this show is hosted in the UK has helped me.
I was afraid at first because I forgot this show is not hosted in the US.
Making the last question even more difficult was that Lindsay Davenport won the title in 1999.
the audience answered the tennis question for him if he was brave enough to risk it.
I wouldn't have trusted that though - the 68% could've just been because more peopl had heard of her than the other one@@edgeworldpictures6831
Knew most of them but couldn't get those about the Olympics...
Same as me. I knew all the football questions cos football is what I like most and I'm interested in its world cup history the most. Olympics were kinda shit for me.
You PottyPie, you lost.
I was literally about to comment the exact same thing
Hmm, brush up on that before you go on the show, lots of Olympics questions come up. Worth watching a number of documentaries on the subject you silly sausage!
I didn't know who the rower was but gymnastics, boxing, diving are not olympic sports that athletes dominate and won 4 consecutive gold medals in a 12 year period. Dominance in those sports don't last that long so I figured it was rowing
Should have done the ask the audience without the 50/50
Jacob Pickerin exactly. ask the audience is almost always a free answer.
@@supercool1312 then couldnt done 50/50 after. 70% when its 2 answers isnt special but if its say 60% from 4 answers he'd have been better off.
Genuinely believe if he asked the audience first then the 50/50 he wouldve got half a million
SirAlphaGainz you think he’d have locked in Venus Williams is 60% of audience had voted for it out of 4 options? 🤣
@@lenwty4850 it's happened before where 70% of the audience were wrong. Not worth the risk
@@lenwty4850 no I'm saying if it was 60% out of 2 options then he wouldn't risk it. But 60% from 4 options then you would
Damn, wish we got this slick looking version with all the original music back in America. Like this host too!
1:15 this guy is smart. If you think you know the answer but still wanna use 50/50 then don’t say what think.
That way they can’t play mind games on you
5:10 £8000 for that... 😁
the first one about the World Cup was even worse and for £64,000
I think you’re overestimating how many people follow football.
Got them all correct. How do I get my million?
@Kai Stoner lmao idiot. The questions where easy.
@@fergysafc123 If you were a sports fan they were easy. Now for all the other questions...
What would you know? Are you under their pressure
Got them all right, the last one was tough though but needed an educated guess of the Williams’ surgence then dominance of the sport.
Putting Jeeza in this position and no motorsports questions....
Untill the million pound question last week but they'd already used ask the host
Absolutely, if there was A Who Wants To Be A Millionare (Sport Version) that Am gonna be A Millionare. Got the right answer in this video, so easy man:(
Me who rarely gets questions of this show right but got all the football questions right.
I should know this I’m a long suffering arsenal fan HAHAH
I think asking about British football in Britain should be in first 5 questions
The furst 5 questions are usually reserved for things that anyone can know, like things you find in your house or famous sayings. A huge chunk of people couldn't care less about football so it would be cruel on them for their 'easy' question to be something they know nothing about (obviously that's why you should revise, but they don't want anyone to lose and go home with nothing)
they probably ask Americans what side of the road they drive on for there $1 million dollar answer
The one question of all these that I did know was Venus Williams, who started her impressive list of grand slam wins in 2000. Davenport won in 1999 and Hingis, my personal favourite at the time, in 1997. Useless trivia, unless you’re in the hot seat at the right moment lol.
I am not even British and I knew all of them. Last one was the toughest
Not even British or American ( lot of questions about America ) but got every answer right, gambled on that rowing guy tho
@@yungboomer6467 imagine being so unintelligent that you cant believe someone got some basic sports questions right
Angel George listen I respect u for watching Fox News, I’ll delete my comment
Same here 4 consecutive Gold medals had to be rowing, otherwise I would have heard of him. I struggled with the last one
Yung Toaster Strudel why? fox news is very biased. anyone who watches fox or cnn cannot be trusted. same with people who follow the huffington post, nbc, etc.
That Tennis one was tough, I thought it was Venus before it came up but it was a back and forth in my head because they played in the final lol
so surprised i actually got em all!!!
At 4:23 love you bro! go gooners!
I’ll eat those questions up like breakfast
The first guy was my English teacher back in school. This was 10 years ago now
Got all of them bar the Tour de France one
I knew it was Venus Williams because I remember she only dropped one set that whole tournament. Davenport won the Australian open in 2000
I said 6 for Harry Kane’s golden boot before the answers came up 🤣
“Man United is useless they haven’t won it in ages” Man United’s my team man.
I’ll get all right
Damn I got all right
100% for me 😆😆😆
Dude, they are easy questions
Unless you’re not a sports fan
The cycling one I never would have got
I would’ve got the last wrong I had Davenport in my head before the answers came up.
As an American who is also a massive Premier League fan. l got all of them accept the cycling one. To be fair, l know who Bradley Wiggins and Chris Froome are. The UK is just so loaded with cycling talent.
Absolutely adore tennis so very disappointed that I thought Davenport won 2000 Wimbledon!
When I read the name of Sir Matthew Pinsent Rowing came straight into my mind, but I never heard of him before. Weird, I wonder why.
Greetings from Berlin, Germany.
Edit: watched the whole clip now, the exact same thing happened with Simone Biles, really interesting
Got everything right and now I'm kinda proud
Ich bin auch aus Berlin
@@mariusbond9859 nice
I KNEW the answer in the last question was one of the Williams sisters. Both of them made the question harder lol
Gaming Celebrity Davenport is a multiple grandslam winner so it could've been her haha infact she was great in 2000
Got Every one, easy.
Why was doc. Strange (first clip) on this show??
2:40 Chelsea is my team we haven’t won it for ages
Chelsea won the 2014/15 and 2016/17 season which was one season before the question. Lmao.
I knew what colour jersey Liverpool has. I feel pride
Who Wants To Be A Millionaire? Sports Edition
Would of had all of these
K Mo would’ve*
2:15 what the hell is United doing there?????
Old people aren’t fully aware of the decline, also in fairness they did finish second that season.
@@tombreslin5358 what was Chelsea doing there is what he should of said
Never tell ur dilemma aloud before using 50-50. The computer is sneaky. It will leave you the same options you are confused with. Food for thought! 😉
That last one 😣
Got them all correct, but I have to say I guessed the two olympics questions and I guessed at Venus Williams as well
i got all right, xé im a boss
I,m italian. Well, here the show and the development of the game is quite different. I mean, why is everithing so quick? I've seen some GB and USA videos of WWTBaM and I've seen the same thing. For every question they take less than one minute, there is no drama, no "jokes", no reflession.
-*Question*
-Im not sure: i go 50:50
-ok
-Well. That's my final answer.
-Correct, 60,000£.
Wow. So exciting. Why is everything so fast? A part for the first 3-4 questions, here in the italian version of the show they take all the time they need before the final answer.
Antonio Dau same in France, everything takes a lot of time, there is a lot of drama
You should see the Indian and the original Australian ones. Amitabh Bachchan and Eddie McGuire take forever to ask the next question!
The easiest questions ever 😁😆
So many weird question here. Also, how on earth do you not go for Venus Williams on a girls tennis question, when Serena has been eliminated?
5:32 isn't that the dude who used the publicum lifeline with 97%?
Yes:p
Why is Jeremy hosting?
LACHLAN HE'S BEEN DOING IT FOR AGES
Did you know the 1st one was right before the 2nd one... - I think
Hey I didn't even earn a penny but could answer them all
I got every single one of them right, except the Harry Kane one and english is not even my native language - easy peasy :D
best team in the world
Barcelona and they are gonna play in an hour
its so easy lol
Like
Come on you blues aka Rovers
>tennis fan
>never heard of Lindsay Davenport
I guess he only watched Men's tennis
Robert Sobotka He didn’t say he’s fan of tennis, he just likes it
And in fairness he is 21 so was a toddler when it happened
Anyone else get them all right ?
What I would do to have that last question for half a million pound, knew it was Venus Williams and would have still had two lifelines for the million pound question 😅
He should have asked the host
He had probably already asked the host on a previous question
Cough* final answer a
So many NBA,NFL and F1 questions...
They are not worth it
That's because they are not proper sports
and tennis is??
gtfo
@@lukacalov1988 tennis is played world wide NFL and NBA are only popular in America and only petrolheads like F1
@@johnlongworth1168 Hahahah lmfao
tennis is ass they cant even fill the court on grand slams
9/10 go me
Anyone else think these were really easy
4:21 why?
Mr Robinson
All just soccer questions lol
As well as tennis and rowing
No boxing questions?
Anyone else get all these right easy??
Yes that's because most of them are right at the beginning
Thought it was Leicester. Was that 17/18?
15/16
Leicester - 2016
Chelsea - 2017
City - 2018
It was the 100 point city season
I would fail most of these, I don't know jack about football.
LoSeR
There’s no need to be ashamed of this. Not everyone is a sports fan
Knew absolutely nothing
No Questions from Cricket?
Last guy should have used ask the audience before using 50/50.
1/2 mil question was easy bru
Easiest questions ever
Sport (football)
I think you should definitely ask the audience before doing 50/50 if that is allowed.
It is. You are allowed to use the lifelines in every order
that first question for 64k wtf
The wrong answer is the host's hairline
Garbage Time Videos don’t do my boy Jeremy like that
Which pl team has town???
I think it is huddersfield
Spurs 😆😆😆
Ipswich town but they havent been in the pl for quite some time
Huddersfield Town
No cricket questions
Lol cricket is not worth it .
Tbf they had cricket questions on it some time ago.
Indian?
Did harry kane not score 5
No I think he got 6 it's what I originally thought. Would be embarrassing if they got it wrong. I think he scored 2 against Tunisia, 3 against Panama and then against Colombia. Then he didn't score against Sweden, Croatia or Belgium (Twice).
He claimed eriksen's
Ask the audience - always a terrible thing to do with only 2 answers.
Why would anyone use the 50-50 and then ask the audience?
He wasn’t sure. It seems that the person knows the answer but then realizes that it’s tricky
Question for 500 000 pounds was that easy and the guy didn't know it 😂😂
Maybe for you, but he was 2 years old so he might not know
If Jeremy wouldn't have given her the correct answer that Man City won it last season it would be too fake.
Why did he even help her? She could’ve used clues
I am a hardcore city fan
Too biased to questions about England. Need more general questions.
No cricket...
Kp
No cricket😭😭😭😭😭😭
If I played I would won 500k
u probably wouldnt of got to 250k lol
