Geoff. Amazing!!! One of your best if not best videos I've seen. The frozen lake? still image is a Kodak moment to speak. Top notch! Stay safe out there too.
Kia Ora Mr. Geoff Mackley, from the Dominican Republic, I always watched your program Dangerman on Discovery channel, I really liked the one that made the place with the lowest temperature recorded in the world/ Señor Geoff Mackley, desde República Dominicana siempre veía su programa Dangerman por Dicovery channnel, me gusto mucho el que hizo del lugar con la temperatura mas baja registrada en todo el mundo.
Thank you for watching! - I went back a few years ago! You can watch it on RedBull TV www.redbull.com/int-en/episodes/the-big-freeze-bullit-the-documentary-s01-e06
Excellent video as usual. Some seriously good scenery of NZ in winter. I am surprised that Mt Lyford Lodge doesn't have a back-up generator. If I lived in a remote location like that where power could easily be knocked out, especially in a snow-bound winter, it would be the first thing on the list to get.
Fantastic. A lot of effort goes into these vids. We'll done
Amazing video, best video I've actually seen from your channel.
Glad you enjoyed it
thats one intrepid journey.thanks Geoff for taking us along with you.
My pleasure
This is the best one yet 💜
Thanks Lynda! Many more to come 😀

I wonder how much snow Alexandra and Cromwell received in that storm. Same with Queenstown and Wanaka.

Thank you. I didn't know it snowed so much in New Zealand. What is the air temperature at this time, when it is snowing in the mountains?
Is that a Fire Truck, or. Snow amphibious vehicle.
Awesome Geoff, I’ve set up my high roof GQ Safari to thrive in these conditions, just have to wait until the central plateau gets a storm like this!
The Central Plateau is amazing under snow!
Bloody awesome video, would it be possible to get a video of the way you've set up your truck?
It's on the todo list 😉
Wonder whether we will see similar this year
Hopefully! Winter is young
Who is that old guy pretending to be Geoff?
Is this in the south island?
Hi Geoff. I have to ask - What do you guys do ? (Beside drive the most scenic roads in the world)
Hi Glenn, we've made a living filming & organizing expeditions all around the world 😀 check out my channel page.

What is the name of lodge at end great vid coverage

Thoroughly enjoyed the video, thank-you, was it recorded during the snow event a couple of weeks back?
