Another fact is that the Civilight Eterna also makes enemies like those are effect by active Originium tile's, or those possessed thrower's/soldiers, drops their hp faster

amiya's +7% +7% skill active is basically +15% and there are alot of ops who have a skill thats only +30% attack up. and since it works for everyone it works for the chapter 8 shield guards on your team. and keeping in mind its not JUST for that skill, but she's also a pretty good arts guard who can contribute on her own. when I use her though, its mostly for the burst of s2, which can kill something pesky, like a phase of a boss. for instance IS3 has the last night boss, first form can be blocked, second form, kinda hard to kill, but amiya s2 can take it right out.
can't wait for defender amiya to come in with a second skill that, in a certain radius around her, affects enemies by making every attack done against them be turned into pure damage
Guardmiya is my go to art guard to this day. I dont have any other art guard, but her passive makes it easier for all my unit to deal damage and survives hit.
If your Amiya is not Max Lvl, Max Potential, M15, and module Lvl. 3, you are not playing Arknights yet. Like Guardmiya is up there with Specter and Texas as some of the best 5\* in the game. Top 5, at least.
The main drawback of Amiya is that her big gun (Caster S3, Guard S2) need proper execution and it seems scarier than just waiting to recast. While her other skill is kinda wishywashy at doing things. I mean I do have her at M9 (Caster S3, Guard S1S2) but rarely use her because either using lower rarity is already enough or my smoothbrain rather go ungabunga with 6 star.

I found her +attack talent handy when fighting Manfred. Anything that allows each hit to do a little more damage when it finally lands is an improvement.
